Paid for a $10 10gb data package. Boost charged me instantly, but waited over an hour and the data never showed up. Then when I go onto the app it shows that I don't have the one time data package, but I sure as hell was charged for it. So I first use the boostone app customer care chat, thebgiy was friendly but kept tellingmmy the my bank is holding the money.... I found this absolutely strange, considering the money was definitely removed from my account. So I called my bank to find out that I was right, the money was charged and boost had recieved the money on my bank's end. So I go up to the store the young girl at the counter was really nice and sweet. She called customer care over the phone for me and she puts the gentleman on speaker for me and he tells that there is no purchase at all that was made.... but thats not what the guy on the app said, he said that the money was being held by my bank and that the transaction had never gone through. Which the transaction did go through, I informed him of this and told him that I had already spoken to my bank. He started to literally argue with me. I can see the charge on my bank app it was charged don't sit here and tell me I am wrong. Long story short the guy told me that maybe there is an latency problem and that I should just wait longer. Um no I purchased data and you took the money, give me what I paid for! Boost has gotten horrible used to be a really good service. Will be switching to a different service that isn't going to steal from me. I just wanted extra data for hotspot data to use while I wait to move into my new place, so much for that. Sad

My husband and I have been using boost mobile for years now . And honestly it hasn't always been the best. But my recent experience has me in happier than ever the store manager Andrea has been sweet understanding and super helpful. I appreciate the extra mile she took to make sure I understand the differences in the phone choices and my options I had as a customer. And when I was having issues with my current phone she instantly helped me with glee .. and that simple expression made my whole existence way less frustrating .

The young Hispanic woman working on Saturday morning of 5/18/24 around 10:50am was having a personal call and flat out refused to help. So we eneded up having to drive all the way to olathe just to get assistance from someone who actually wanted to do their job. I would not suggest coming when she is working. I also noticed another group of customers leave briefly after quite upset. Don't come to work if you don't feel like working.smh
