Took dirty truck in for front end work and received it back washed and wiped down condition. Even the steering wheel and dash was wiped and cleaned. Body and paint work was exceptional. “Quit going to Crown Toyota Service for a couple years but thought we would give them another chance. Our service rep (Felipe) restored our faith in Crown Toyota Service center. Ask for Felipe, and you won’t regret it . He is honest, friendly and very knowledgeable about service repairs. If we need any repairs in the future, we will return due to the great service we received from Felipe. Keep up the awesome work!?
Update: Another recent visit to Crown Toyota Service center. Felipe was off this time but Justin assisted me and once again, I was treated honestly and friendly. Justin kept me informed and kept me posted the entire time my truck was being diagnosed. I will continue to return to Crown Toyota Service for my repairs. Times are tough and finding “honest and fair” repair centers are even tougher. Keep up the great work Crown! Thanks Justin!”
