Reviews are accurate. There needs to be adequate lighting in this area. Showed up at 610pm for my 8pm it’s 810 and just got the green light.

So I read all reviews before I go to any new shipper. And I just can’t believe that we are talking about the same place! I was super early & they took me, parking was not bad, loading didn’t take all that long like an hour. Also the man named Terri was extremely friendly & helpful. I may NOT like the weight of this load but all n all I promise you My experience was NOT at all bad. FYI use the Kresge street so much

Had a pickup here tomorrow, but delivered my previous load at 0730 today, less than 30 miles away, so I called ahead and was told to come right in and they would load me.The lady in the shipping office gave me a deer-in-the-headlights look when I told her this, but her only concern was having the product, as the man I spoke to on the phone didn't ask for a load number. Fortunately, they have the product, so they're able to load me over 24 hours early!I can't speak for load times right now because I'm still in the dock, but it's looking good so far. Monday morning, 0930, and I'm one of two trucks here in the docks. Yes, the facility is tight, so try to get here as early as you can to hopefully avoid busy times.

Place is busy and space is tight but they have friendly employees and helpfu yard hostlers (guy with the green beanie cap) which makes it much more easy and pleasant.

Lazy workers. Don't care what time you get here they will make you sit and wait. Rude workers with no respect of your time whatsoever because they get paid by the hour. Any company that keeps you for 2 hours to load your truck is ridiculous. The fact that we have to sit here for 2 hours free of charge because their workers are lazy is sickening! I am tired of lazy warehouse workers!

Three times I had load from here, and every time appointment was on evening, but I came at morning, and they load right away.

2.5 hrs to load didn't say anything about app. This is smuckers. I was 1 hr early. Watch for yard jockey he will run you over to have you follow him lol. 10 feet to show you where to park. Small lot. Over night parking maybe on side street
