Great place!! These guys were completely 100% honest with me about what was wrong with my car, they didn’t upcharge me, and they’re just really nice and understanding people. Definitely will be coming back for any future issues with my car and recommending to my friends/family!

I took my car there for service and he kept telling me to call back in a few days when he had a lift available. Then a few more days. Then when I finally took it in, he looked it over, told me what was wrong and said to give him a few days to figure out a quote after he looked up the parts. He called me and asked me to take a picture of one of the wheels for him and send it to a different phone number, so I did that within the hour. I called back in a few days and he wasn't there, but the guy who answered the phone said he would give him the message. Called several days later, and he didn't have the information yet. So I told him to please call me when he did. Never heard from him. So I don't know if they are good mechanics or not, because he just never came through for me. Obviously, I went somewhere else. The new place tells me it's only one problem out of the 4 Big Bill said was the issue. And they are fixing it in one day!!

You want an honest and straightforward mechanic who knows his stuff and can think outside of a manual or computer reading? Big Bill is the real deal. He's old school--uses all his senses to diagnose the real root of the problem and solves it using mechanical know how. He has welders next door, he rebuilds engines and transmissions, or he'll just do a quick oil change. Honest prices, no bs approach. I'm a hobbyist mechanic and when I need something done that's out of my league, this is the first shop I'd go to.

I brought him a superturbo that I bought online. He incorrectly identified and installed it which which blew up my motor. Had to take it to another shop and they got me on the road in no time. 1 star

Bill is awesome! My battery had died over the frigid weather last week and I had tried to fix it on my own and found a slew of problems added on top of it. Not only did Bill have my car fixed within the day, he also helped me over the phone to try and fix it before having to call a tow truck. The price was unbeatable and the service is unmatched. As a college kid struggling with money, I can say he takes care of clients and doesn’t take advantage of young, unknowledgeable kids (coming from someone who has paid a extra money for nonexistent issues). I fully intend on coming back for any issue I have in the future!Services: Battery

I had a tire repaired at Big Bills this afternoon. Service was friendly and timely. Leaving town, I noticed my tire pressure sensor was still on. When I got home, I checked tire pressure in all tires. The tire that was repaired had 45 lbs pressure when it should have been 35 lbs. The pressure on two of the other tires was fine. One tire was at 29 lbs. So not only did the rep over inflate one tire, he didn't check the other tires nor did he check the sensor. Not a happy customer!
