Our room was not cleaned once the week i stayed they brought in towels didn't take any of the trash we had bagged and next to the door but didn't hesitate to take a little bit of the marijuana each time then complained that our room was messy and smelt like weed and for the love of god there breakfast was ok at best cant warm up sausage to save a lifeWalkability: Over priced but all the over priced restaurants are within walking distance

The place is good, I will be staying for 2 weeks, but I have been there for 5 days and they have not come to clean or change sheets, I have gone 3 times to ask them to clean the room and nothing, they just say yes but they do not clean or remove the garbage.

If I could give 0 stars i absolutely would. This is not a fit place to work nor is it a fit place to stay. It needs to be condemned and I’ve spoken with several city officials about removing this eyesore of an establishment that is ran absolutely horribly by rude individuals who care nothing about their employees or customers. I truly hope you get the brunt end of everything you deserve in this poorly run business. Absolutely dissatisfied. Will be speaking face to face with management about these issues very soon.

Would not recommend staying here or working here, management is rude, the maintenance is unkept, and specifically the female manager is unruly in the way she thinks it is appropriate to speak to people. Do not waste your money or time here. 0/5. Unprofessional.

No hot water for a shower. Every table in the breakfast area was filthy. Had to share a spoon for my cereal. Just nasty.

The room felt dirty. The door would not close unless you applied pressure to lock it and there was still air coming in from outside. One of lamps didn’t have a light bulb, the handle on the dresser was broken, the sink was clogged and drained slowly. The beds were like air mattresses, if you were sitting or laying and someone sat on the other side, your side would lift. There was not a suitable plug in for a breathing machine. We had the room for about 45 mins to an hour and checked out. The staff refused to give us a refund since we were in the room for an hour, and said that management would review and contact us in the morning. That was Friday, Jan 19th today is Thursday Jan 25th and we still haven’t heard back.

Checked in we had mice eat our things we took pictures. They moved us with my oldest daughter to another room . She went and stayed at another hotel. Was told we needed to talk to manager Monday about a refund. Second room was dirty as well. This was terrible and my youngest daughter was scared to sleep all night . Then to have to pay for a second hotel. Do what's right here. Warning this was a terrible experience. We don't pay almost 300 dollars for 2 nights to sleep with rodents. Then pay for a different hotel.

I live out of town and got snowed in at work a few days ago so I decided to stay in a close hotel. When I got there they generously upgraded my room so I didn’t have to go back outside in the cold snowy weather. This truly meant so much after shoveling my car in -10 degree weather and not having a proper bag to carry my things with the impromptu stay. The rooms are slightly dated but honestly way cleaner than most hotel rooms I’ve had. Definitely worth the price/convenience!

Definitely not what we were expecting paying the price we did. Outdated rooms and freezing cold bathrooms in - degree weather. Rooms didn’t seem clean at all. Didn’t realize rooms were outside in a different section/building. Our first room 407 beds seemed really low to the ground. Bathtub didn’t drain properly cold bathroom. Had to run the dryer just to warm up the area. Door hinges were broken completely rusted missing screws and the door looked like it was going to fall off and wouldn’t close. We notified front desk and was moved to 410. Bathroom was still super cold. The entry door wasn’t sealed properly cold air was flowing in. The sink wouldn’t drain properly. Dirty used towel in the bathroom. Did not get to utilize the pool because of how cold it was outside and where our room was located. We would have to walk outside to get to our room #. Two out of the 3 families we knew stayed -one indoor the other two outdoor. Do not go by the pictures the “hotel” provides.Rooms: Old outdated cold. Needs a really good cleaning and remodeled or updated to be charging the price they did.

If I could give this place a lower rate I would. Staff was rude, place was not clean at all. Their website says 4 star hotel, but it’s far from it.I would rather sleep in my car than to stay at this place again. When I was about to shower I noticed used wash clothes in my shower and curly hair all in my restroom…. I don’t think staff really cleans the room at all!! BEWARE AND DONT COME HERE EVEN THOUGH THE LOCATION IS AMAZING I WOULD DRIVE A LITTLE BIT FURTHER OUT TO STAY SOMEWHERE NICER FOR THE PRICE!Also today had cops come to the same room 3 times and nothing was resolved.Rooms: BEWARE!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Unclean and dirty!

I don't think the quality for this hotel chain is bad compared to the cost...sure the "free" breakfast isn't very good (but palatable), the cleaning services aren't amazing, the rooms need updating...but, again, for the cost, it isn't bad. I did ask for a late checkout (an additional two hours as we are working), but was denied...even when I said I need a place to stay for three weeks and we would be coming back to this location for three week for two rooms. So for the cost of two additional hours, the company lost out of $3000 of additional revenue. Bad business decisions. So we stayed somewhere else (Hampton Inn...a bit more expensive, but within our budget and much nicer amenities and service...again, you get what you pay for!).

Worse than 1 star. I wish we would have looked at reviews beforehand because they’re spot-on. One particular Karen on staff is extremely rude, passive aggressive, and was not clear on charges. Apparently they get to charge different guests whatever they want at their discretion. Called the room and told us we had to pay a $100 ‘deposit,’ we had already been there for 3 nights and prepaid with our online reservation, but she said we’d get it back at check-out. She got very visibly upset with us questioning this and said, ‘every hotel is doing it’ (???) (we’ve been staying at different, NICER, hotels in the area and that is just not true). At check-out, the $100 posts to our account rather than stays pending, we called, she said we’d get it back in 10-15 business days???? Regardless of their unbeknownst policies it was handled very unprofessionally. Terrible and condescending customer service from this woman, she’s got a mad superiority complex. She also didn’t know if she was the manager or not, or wouldn’t confirm, but all other staff we came into contact with were polite. Keys stopped working every morning. Small bathroom, shower felt icky. Place was overall fairly clean i guess, outdated. The only positive is there’s a fridge and microwave in the room, but i absolutely would not recommend staying here!!!!!

Overpriced, was lied to about the hot tub working and then screamed at when I tried to ask for a partial refund. Staff is extremely rude. Got in the room and the lights and tv didnt work so had to go to front desk and have them fix it for us. Went to the hot tub that we were told was working when we called and it was feeezing cold. Dissapointment after dissappointment with this place, not worth the money spent at all.Noteworthy details: Staff is incredibly rude
