I've always had a soft spot in my heart for Best Buy. This location is no exception. The show room is clean and generally well organized. The one thing that does make me sad, through no fault of the local store, is that the company as a whole is making the ill-informed decision to move away from selling physical movies. At a time when more people are beginning to realize that just because you have something on Vudu doesn't mean that you own it, nor do you have access to the best version, stores moving away from selling DVDs and BluRays is a bad deal.That said, I do enjoy this store, and hope that it continues to survive and thrive.

I went in for my keyboard to be repaired only for the repair team to make the problem worse! I walked out with my keyboard more broken than when I walked in. Repair team did not know what they were doing, gave horrible advice for a solution, and did not tell me they broke my keyboard further.

Everything was laid out nicely I was able to decide on a nice pair of wireless earbuds without too much hassle and the clerk at the front register was very nice
