Helpful and friendly staff. I did overhear a manager scolding (not quietly) an employee about something she was doing, which should have taken place out of earshot from customers.

Always incredibly friendly staff. Wonderful smells. If you sign up for the rewards, which are free to sign up, you often get really great coupons. Free items as well as discounts. Fantastic gift ideas. This location is rather small, so when there are a lot of folks in there it can feel cramped.
