I came to get my taillight, replaced and Robert at the location in Lawrence was so awesome helping me not only get the bulb replaced but, when it didn't work, at first, he did a little tweaking and then tried again and it worked perfectly.! Thanks so much Robert you were awesome

I don’t really ever leave reviews, but I just wanted to take the time to complement the team at Autozone specifically Robert who gave me the assistance to fix an issue in my car! I needed to replace an ignition coil and I was so anxious about the thought of having to pay someone but they helped me out, and I ended up replacing my ignition coil by myself! I’m lucky to have an amazing autozone so close to my house!

Manager is extremely rude! They charged us twice on our card and even after going to the bank to print out the 2 transactions showing the full minute between transaction they refused to help. Told us to go through our bank cause they won't refund one of the transactions. Won't give them business again. Not surprised as I see other complains about the rude manager.
