Colton Wiley was the first person we were in contact with about two weeks before we even made it out to the dealership because we live in Kansas City. Colton was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our initial questions (many of them about our complicated trade in). Once we finally were able to make it out to the dealership, Colton helped us find the right car for our family. He gave us all the information we needed, and most important, he was so patient and welcoming to our two toddlers (and their car seats).

Our sales person was Josh let me just say he did a great job of keeping us up to date on the car. Then when we purchased the car he had everything ready and organized plus he was well versed on the car. “Took my truck in for an alignment after getting new tires and wheels somewhere else. Mechanic showed me my badly worn lower ball joints. Said the uppers were fine. Shocks were fine. Only one CV axle was bad. Fixed all this on the spot even though I had previously only been scheduled for an alignment. Truck rides like new and I appreciate his honesty by only replacing what was needed. I’d definitely recommend these guys.”

“We ordered some mower tires and had them mounted. When some previous damage to the wheel mount made them difficult to seat, they had to be inflated enough that the tires wouldn’t fit on the mower. D&D was very understanding and offered an option of an inner tube which allowed for the tires to be inflated to a proper size and they fit well. I appreciate that they were willing to stand behind their work and help fix an issue that wasn’t exactly of their making (the previously damaged wheel). And now we have mower tires that stay inflated and don’t have to be refilled before every mow!”
“Dave is a true gentleman. He is someone that is genuinely trying to help people out. The engine shield cover was broken and kept falling down. My front bumper was also coming loose. Had both issues fixed in a very timely manner and when I went to pick the car up, Dave insisted on not letting me pay, he said that it didn’t take him that much time to fix the car therefore he won’t be charging me anything. He told me that if I ever have any issues again, I know where to come and he is right. This is my second time going there and it won’t be my last.”

“The best mechanic in town! Had a few issues with my 2012 Honda Civic Si that I needed to take care of with my tires needing to be replaced along with the control arm and bushings for both sides and a realignment. En-tire quoted me over $1000 for all the repairs.

“i went in for an oil change june 20 around 1:30 pm, and was helped by a woman who said she had just started working there. i wish i had caught her name, because she was knowledgeable, kind, and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars. as a young woman i’m used to being treated badly in auto shops by condescending older guys, so i was so happily surprised to interact with this employee! she explained everything to me in terms i could understand, and did not make me feel pressured at all. i cannot say enough good things about my experience with her!! she was so wonderful.”
“Took my car to Garber Automotive because it was running rough. It's a classic car modified with some more modern components. Most shops won't even give me the time of day. Garber Automotive didn't blink when I told them about the car. They got me in fairly quickly, and by the end of the appointment day my car was running like a champ. When I arrived to pick up my car, Rick educated me on another problem that he said we can keep an eye on. He told me fixing the one piece would only be only $10 less that replacing the whole part that would then be covered by a 2 year warranty and none that of it was necessary yet. Very reasonable prices. Quality work. This will be the only place I will take my car for service in Lawrence!”
