“This place is great. Called multiple shops before this one that said they wouldn't get me in for over 2 weeks. The guys here told me to bring it in and they fixed the muffler on my truck within two hours. Cost was extremely reasonable. I needed to replace an ignition coil and I was so anxious about the thought of having to pay someone but they helped me out, and I ended up replacing my ignition coil by myself! This 2012 Honda Accord is much loved—all four “shoes” were purchased from Slimmers a year ago and only recently had I made appointment (Friday?-so cancel) to rotate. “I purchased a 2018 Toyota Prius Prime Plus from Dale Willey Honda in September of 2023. It was a great experience. I initially called to see if the car was still on the lot and spoke with Monte. I told him I was coming from one hour away. I scheduled a time it all went smooth. My sales person was Libby. She was very kind and professional. I went on a lengthy test drive, and Libby showed me how to connect an electrical charger to the car. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and my experience with Dale Willey Honda was top notch. My only complaints are that : 1. I wished the detail person would have vacuumed between the front seats better. 2. The door guard trim is coming loose on a couple of spots. I did call Libby and I will be arranging to bring the car in to have this corrected. I'm enjoying the car and am happy with my purchase.”

He spend over an hour in the cold putting the battery in my look little car, having to dismantle what seemed like a third of my car to reach the battery. “Better off going somewhere else if you're in a hurry. They unfortunately only have around 2 techs at a time working. (if you need a job hit them up) Decent prices = wait time. I had no issues with my oil change. He even let me know that my battery charge is low and will probably need to be replaced soon. P.S. No one stole gas (I know the difference in MPG between highway and city)”
