“I purchased a 2018 Toyota Prius Prime Plus from Dale Willey Honda in September of 2023. It was a great experience. I initially called to see if the car was still on the lot and spoke with Monte. I told him I was coming from one hour away. I scheduled a time it all went smooth. My sales person was Libby. She was very kind and professional. I went on a lengthy test drive, and Libby showed me how to connect an electrical charger to the car. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and my experience with Dale Willey Honda was top notch. My only complaints are that : 1. I wished the detail person would have vacuumed between the front seats better. 2. The door guard trim is coming loose on a couple of spots. I did call Libby and I will be arranging to bring the car in to have this corrected. I'm enjoying the car and am happy with my purchase.”

“There are no words to describe the care, concern and thorough work Grady and family have shown over the last 6 years to my daughter and son who shared our 2006, 258,000 mile Volvo wagon. The other two stores would only look for the belt via the make and model of the vehicle, but I knew it wouldn't fit the engine. They refused to do anything else and said they couldn't help. But when I went to Advance, Jackie started measuring belts until we found the right one. She was fantastic! So very helpful when the other stores weren't. She went above and beyond. There are some good employees and then there's a few that are no expression no smile no welcoming face people as I call them
Meaning they're not very welcoming and comforting when you're trying to find what you need they just very cold. I wouldn't recommend if you need something here they generally have it or can guide you somewhere.
Last but not least the knowledge that most of them have are able to help you there was a few disgruntled customers but he was very impatient and not willing to understand that not every store has what you need but they can guide you and find out by a phone call if they have it at the other store so you can get it, you just have to be patient”

“Went in for an oring failure on a coolant temp sensor for my blue oval ranger. The team working today was amazing. They listened to my issue and fixed me up with a good proper fit replacement sensor and oring. FoRd wants $70 for the same $15 part.
