We recently had Sean from Appliance Shark Lawrence, fix our Samsung dryer.
Sean was exceptional! He arrived on time, diagnosed and replaced our heating element and switches, had the parts on his truck, and had it working within an hour!!
We called one day, were on the next day's schedule!

We have had the privilege of having the Sharks to our home to repair a microwave and clothes washer. Always on time, neat, efficient and knowledgeable. If needed I will certainly call Appliance Sharks again

Our Samsung dryer suddenly stopped in mid-cycle. We were quickly scheduled with Sean repairing our Samsung machine (it can be hard to find certified Samsung technicians here.) He diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck and had it working very quickly. And there there is a 90 guarantee. Thank you, Sean and Appliance Shark!

My beer fridge in my workshop area crapped out on me. While it would have been easy to find another fridge, mine's covered with stickers on both sides. Some of them were found while traveling or made by friends so they weren't easy to replace. I called up Sean and he made the repair job look easy!

Called them to take a look at our ac unit and one of our refrigerators and the technician Shaun was able to come out the same day to diagnose both! He was super courteous and kept us updated on when the parts would come in. Shawn was able to get the parts in and install them the same day. He even showed us some things we could do as regular maintenance to extend the lives of the equipment. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the results. My downstairs refrigerator’s ice maker would freeze all ice cubes in collection bin together. It was one of those irrigation that you just put up with. Finally, when you had enough and you call someone. Shark’s did some adjustments and charged just the minimum. Months later the ice maker continues to work properly and every time I get ice I think what a great job.

Sean did a great job diagnosing our front load Kenmore washer that needed the drain pump replaced. I had let them know ahead of time that it was installed on a raised platform in case they needed to bring another person or equipment. Because they didn't, it required another trip with another person to get it back in place, but it's been working great since the repair. I will definitely use them again for other appliance repairs.
