“This place has the absolute best management staff. We currently live here and must say the apts are very clean and well maintained. We've had 2 issues during our time here and management was on top of it, working diligently to ensure everything was resolved as soon as possible. The staff here are super friendly and caring. I 100% recommend Aberdeen Apts to anyone in search of a home.”
“I’ve rented since the year 2000 throughout the KC area. I decided to consider Lawrence as an option. The staff at the Alvadora are the most conscientious, helpful and kind people who actually care about the comfort of their residents. It didn’t take me long to choose living here as TieRre/apt mgr and Mike/maintenance mgr expressed at every interaction a genuine willingness to help. I’ve also met a few of the residents who ALL say “you’re going to like it here” and “it’s quiet” and “the people are nice”. Give them a look! You won’t be disappointed.”
“It's pet friendly with dog waste pick up stations, fenced area for them to play. Apartments are very light, spacious, and inviting in a nice fairly quiet area next to golf couse.”
“The apartment complex is quiet and nice to live in. Apartment staff are very helpful and sort out any kind of apartment related problems. Maintenance service is quick and satisfactory.

“In a world full of landlords and management companies that take the first opportunity to screw over the renter, Gage management was fair and honest. Just writing this review to show that i really appreciate that. Danielle and the girls in the front office were always considerate and very nice. I’ve rented 2 different apts with Gage over the last few years. They helped me find a place very quickly after my plans fell through last minute. And also made sure my apt was ready on time even though there was problems with a previous tenant.

“Campus View is an excellent place to live. The Cornerstone Property management (Mr. Liam Scherl) and staff are always helpful, and the maintenance team is outstanding. Everything is well organized through their online portal—submit a request and repairs are completed quickly. For example, our air‑conditioner was fixed almost immediately after we reported the issue. Very peaceful and highly maintained apartments. I never faced even a single issue during my very long stay at campus view.”
“Great place to live! My experience has been very positive. Office staff is absolutely amazing with both move in and move out processes. The overall environment is very positive and welcoming. Maintenance was always responsive and completed my requests in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Apartment on Sixth.”
“Denni clearly does not live here lived here for a long time and this new management will only use scare tactics and I actually hate my life right now cause I live here. UPDATE!!!!!!! They have ridden of the landlord who made me sick, because of how mean they where so. I am updating my review to 4 stars. I have met the new guy that is managing this complex now and he is so sweet and nice and actually treats us like a human being unlike we are dogs so thank you. So now I do encourage to come live here beacuse I have lived here for 6 years and to be honest it’s not that bad. We started are life here and have awesome memories we came here with nothing and every one beside the guy they have finally gotten rid of helped us so much. so thank you I have the weight of that stress and being scared is gone. To summarize I would recommend living here now. Thank you village square for putting these amazing family’s that live here first before mean people.”
