Really impressed by these guys! Really patient and helpful staff. Ordered two shirts and both turned out really great! They allow almost any design, the quality of both the shirts and the print themselves are great! Cheaper than going to Rally House for a KU shirt!I’ll definitely be going back!

I ordered a t-shirt for my husband for Christmas- I was in the store with my son and had never been there before. I told the gentleman working I needed a medium, he pointed me to the wall of shirts and said pick one from the selection. I pulled a green shirt from the medium bin… didn’t think to check the size because my toddler was with me and I was trying to keep him from grabbing things off the wall. The guy made the order and just had me give him my name and number- I go to pick it up and the shirt is a large. I call to say I got the wrong size and am told there is nothing they can do about it because it said large on the order form that I did not fill out. So that to me is insane- I paid nearly $30 for a t-shirt that will not fit my husband and there was nothing I could do about it. Bad business considering what the mark up is on the shirts and the cost of production. Will go to another tshirt maker in the future and let others know of my experience.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff that take art and make it into a wearable reality!11/10 would recommend visiting the shop for ready-print designs, or to come in and discuss a custom design.

I called 10 minutes before closing asking if I could email a design and have it ready the next morning, because I'm that kind of a planner. Grace told me no problem. I emailed my design, she made some suggestions and that was it. She double checked my design before the shop opened the next day. I was so impressed I bought 2!

10/10 customer service, 10/10 product. We brought our design in and all 9 hoodies were ready the same day and looked exactly how we hoped! To top it off, the customer service was exceptional- both individuals who worked with us were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

I had tshirts made for my daughter’s pregnancy reveal during our vacation to Chicago. The employee helping me with each individual shirt had a lot of patience with me and the shirts turned out exactly how I wanted.

Bought two shirts off of a sale rack that said buy one get one free. Also ordered a shirt to be made. After four days of not being notified the shirt was completed I went into the shop to learn it had been done and they claim they had sent text. While there attempted exchange one of the sale tees. Was told even though there is a hole they would not exchange. He said sorry about that that’s why they’re on sale. Nothing on the sale sign suggested they were on sale because they were damaged. They still had the same shirt in size and color available but they would not exchange the shirt claiming I should have known better it was on sale. No where does it suggest the sale is due to damage; I pointed this out and he said yeah sorry about that but was willing to do nothing. Cool concept for a store but terrible customer service.

I walked in right as they opened and Grace helped me make a shirt within 30 minutes for my brother’s bday later that day. They helped me conceptualize my idea and then even gift wrapped it for me once it was finished. Thank you for all your help, such great service from start to finish.

Great concept for a store, terrible customer service. Bought two shirts off sale rack and paid to have another one made. Went in after days with no notification that the ordered shirt was done. It was done and they claimed to have sent a text that was not received. Tried to exchange one of the two shirts bought on sale because one had a hole. I was told that's why they were on sale. Nothing about the sale sign suggests the merchandise was damaged. Same shirt in size and color was available but they would not exchange it because "that's why it was on sale". Sign suggested the merchandise was on sale not that it was damaged. Sign should suggest the merchandise is, or could be, damaged. I feel ripped off and received bad customer service.

They don't support women's rights. I heard the management has their staff take a Woman's rights shirt off the sales wall because management didn't support women's rights.

Affordable. Creative. Friendly. Accepting.I wandered in thinking, I’ll look for stickers and found a creative and unique selection of t shirt designs. The staff was incredibly friendly and introduced me to t shirt printing in an accessible way.For those living in Lawrence, it’s a great place for custom printing. For others like me who are just visiting, I highly recommend for gifts to bring home to your family/friends.
