It's a place to store your stuff, but I wouldn't put anything you care about there. Not worth the price, and very rude customer service if you need help with anything. I've rented from here for almost two year now, and at one point they re-paved the roads by the storage units without giving warning to those renting from them, which resulted in a bunch of gravel, dust, and other debris coating the contents of my unit. They offered to do nothing about this. Don't rent from here, just find somewhere else. Will also raise prices on you, and not give you warning about it.

I used Ertl previously and had a great experience. I’m currently needing a storage space again. Ertl Storage was the only place that has answered the phone and/or called me back immediately. Very helpful staff, reasonable rates. Thank you.
