Disappointed in my selling experience and don't plan to return. The dollar difference in store credit vs cash was exspecially disappointing. In store prices are also overpriced exspecially considering what they are picking items up for.

Absolutely LOVE 2 Shy Kids! Store is always clean and very well organized. They have live sales, which is super helpful when you need something held for a day. Great prices, Friendly staff. The owner, Brooke, is so sweet and always makes you feel welcomed. I can’t go into the store without buying anything! They have something for all of the kiddos! 10/10 recommend!! ??

You will not get much for even pristine, name brand items. I’ve sold there three times and I’m offered $15 regardless of amount or quality of items.

The only consignment shop in town that doesn't give you a certain percentage of what they plan to sell items for. Last time I sold to them, they offered me $8 for 30 items. I agreed and then went back (and kept track of the online live sales) to see what they sold my things for. They priced the cheapest items at $3.99 and a couple dresses at $7.99. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency, and honestly by donating clothing you would get a greater payout in tax write-off so there isn't any good reason to sell here.I will give it 2 stars for being clean and fairly well organized, though. So there is that.

Brooke’s store is always full of wonderful things from clothes to toys to sports wear. I have a 2 year old and we buy almost all of his clothes and toys from her shop. Love being able to shop local and know that the items are still going to be good quality.

Love this store and Brooke. I’ve been able to buy presents for my kid that looked practically brand new for Christmas & birthday. The clothes have always been in great shape. Love being able to go in and know that everything out on her floor has been looked through with love and care.

Me and my husband have tried selling clothes there multiple times. We always have brought in perfect condition clothes, many of which were high-brand, and they are severely selective with their picking and they will try and take your good items and offer $2-3 dollars for an entire pile of stuff. I understand it’s a discount baby store but when I’m selling items worth hundreds of dollars and clothes by the masses and they try ripping me off? I even sold a $300 fancy bassinet (my kid grew out of it) and they offered me $10. Go sell your clothes and other baby items at either Once Upon a Child in Overland Park (they’re really good about giving a decent amount back) or Facebook market place! That way you won’t get ripped off.

I love 2 Shy Kids. We sell and buy, we get good value for our clothes without having to put online or have a garage sale. And nothing there seems too expensive.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping here. They always have nice clothes and shoes for my young ones. I’ve also sold some clothes as well. It was a very smooth process.

As a mom of two young boys and as a teacher, I cannot recommend this store more! The prices are amazing and the store is well-stocked, but not overly stuffed. It’s a great place to find clothes and shoes for growing kids, but also a great place to find books, games, and educational supplies for your classroom!

I highly recommend this store.The prices are amazing and the stuff you buy is like brand new. I know I have a 8 month old and shop often.The store offers shipping so another great thing I can shop while sitting on my couch. Live shows and sales often.

I love this little store! I have taken my toddler here for his first pairs of shoes; the owner helped me find and try on shoes with my son, which isn’t an easy task with a little. I have also bought several rounds of clothes here; they are in good shape and affordably priced. I’ve often been able to get things using a coupon from Square or by shopping on Baby Thursdays. The owner has also played with my son with the in-store toys while I shop, which is so appreciated with a kid on the move! I’ll definitely continue to shop at 2 Shy Kids as my son grows since it’s a very manageably-sized store and has clothes, shoes, and toys at reasonable prices.
