I went in because my cat was having a medical emergency. They were not my normal vet but managed to get me in on the same day and handled the situation very appropriately. Sadly my sweet boy had to be put down, but the vet handled it so well and was so caring and gentle. She really helped me through the process and made sure i knew what was going to happen, what all my options were, and how to keep my son comfortable. Thank you for your help and kindness! I will never forget your care.

I am new to the area but I'm very happy with my choice to use this vet. Dr Sako is very kind and caring. She and her staff were very accommodating and reasonably priced. We managed to get short notice appointments during a stressful time for my dogs and they got them back to health.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love how they take time to listen to your concerns and come up with solutions. I feel comfortable for not only myself but my pet with the precautions they have in place to keep animals apart.

Great staff, very friendly and my kitty enjoyed his visit even though he got a few sticks. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with questions on how I can better care for him. Highly recommend Dr. Bynum.

Dr. Erin Sako has been an amazing help to our cats, especially to our Felv+ cat Little Tiny who has sadly had constant health issues due to the virus. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate and has been so incredibly helpful in giving our sick little girl the best quality of life she can have for the time she has left. I highly recommend her.

I had an emergency with my cat this afternoon and Lansing vet was kind enough to let me come in ASAP to have him seen. Dr. Bynum is incredibly kind and compassionate and really helped to calm my fears and took amazing care of my cat.

I am a new client. I called because I got a new pet and just wanted it to have it exam. They wanted to charge me 60.00 to book an appointment. I have never heard this practice before. I have been dealing with local vets since 2007. I wanted to try his vet because they are close to me. I will go to my old vet. He knows I keep my appointments and my money is good. He is further away and because of road constructions in the area. He is a little difficult to get to. But he doesn't charge a booking fee.

The vet's and techs were very compassionate and accommodating when I called on with a sick senior kitty. Even my antisocial girl liked the vet, and that is some high praise indeed! Would 100% recommend.
