Stopped in on a Saturday I needed clearance for surgery 3 test..they said it would be 8 weeks. I looked around and there wasnt a sole in the place NO ONE but me...they were not busy...if they were really booked there would have been people waiting...i just dont understand lazy people

Only two providers left in practice, one is MD the other a PA. Booked out 6 weeks, reception said that's typical.

It is absolutely disgusting that I have to do all of my own check in at the doctor's office. Now they want a credit card on file. All the while the woman sits at front desk doing nothing. But to tell me to click a link on my text and fill it out.
Is this Walmart now? Take some personal care for your patients. I pay you for your service. Not to do my own.
