Beautiful Space to practice in. Good Vibes all around. Practice is accompanied by music, which I really enjoy, and the teachers are so warm and friendly. Unlike any other studio in town...I feel so blessed to have found this gem.

Wow! I completely enjoyed myself and accomplished my goal of really stretching my unathletic body at this place. While there were a couple superstars there, I never felt like I wasn't going good enough just because I wasn't at their level. Adrian is wonderful and uncomplicated.
