“Today I was very happy, I just got off work and was going home and decided to go to the car wash and wash my car since I have a membership that I just got yesterday, a very nice older white man helped me with that yesterday I'm still grateful , the reason I'm writing this is because the guys today moved my license plate saying it was paper, I really don't know what's wrong with them and they also said they have to remove it every time I come and I've been to this place many times and they never move my license plate. So I'm not going to do it because my license plate is not a piece of paper and if they are going to do it to me every time I come, I would prefer to cancel my membership. Why they didn't even let me know?, they just took it off ;(. This happened on 07/24/2024 At 1:30 p.m. I'm still very upset. I decide to leave the 5 stars because the older white man who helped me with my membership was very nice. I don't know if he is the boss but he works there so he deserves the 5 stars. I just put it back.”

“Good store to go to for some auto detail supplies. Mainly carry Meguires brand of products which aren’t bad. Wish they carried some other brands of things that’s hard to find around here so I wouldn’t have to order them when needed. They young genteel man at the counter that helped me out when I was in there was very kind and knowledgeable about things and was a real pleasure to talk to. Will definitely go back again.”

They had an adjusted plan within ten days, given that the parts would arrive on time. Friendly and knowledgeable about the car issues and time frame to turnaround like new again.”

“Nice carwash, you can use a credit card, it used to run for 20$ worth of time (thus allowing to wash a normal pick up truck), now it does not. Otherwise,a nice carwash.”
“Came here to get a trailer steamed. Great polite friendly staff. Excellent service. Overnight parking if you need to take your break. Nice drivers lounge with 2 clean showers, they'll even give you towels. Fast food and grocery store nearby.”

“I’m. It a clean car person. My car had not been washed in a 2months. Commuting 70 miles a day snow rain and road film. I got the $14 wash it took 5 minutes or less and the car was spotless. I’m a terrible customer but this place did above expectations”
“I've been washing my car at Joe's for almost 30 years and always a great value for the money! It's locally owned and operated business (unlike their competitors), which should be important to everyone in Wichita. The process is brushless unlike other car washes in town, so the wash doesn't damage/scratch your paint. Not sure what personal axes some of these other reviewers are trying to grind but on the rare occasion I've found a spot that needed extra attention, all I've had to do was ask and it's taken care of immediately. As for getting my car detailed, there's nowhere in town that comes close to the value and quality of Joe's. They will have your car looking as close to new as possible. A+ work and value for the money!”

“After washing my car I decided to vacuum my car. While doing so I accidentally locked myself out. One of the amazing employees, Bobbie helped me for almost an hour to get it unlocked with the tiny crack I had opened in the window. “I used the automatic part. There was no air dry blowers so that was a little disappointing. The lights inside that tell you to pull up or stop need to be fixed. The vacuums could be stronger because it was struggling with the sand in the floor. Outside of that i was really impressed with the wash and the fact it was only 8 bucks made it better. Ill be returning to this car wash. Its waaaaay beeter than the one in park city.”
