Right as we walked in, I heard a enthusiastic hello! What can I help you with?! I said ŵe are looking for a full face helmet for my daughter, the gentleman was waking out from behind the counter as we spoke,directing us over to the full face helmets, whee he proceeded to assist us in finding the helmet asking what price range, color and design my daughter wanted, ensuring she got the right size to be safe.I wish I got the boys name who assisted us from start to finish. I'm very pleased with my interaction and purchase from this store.”

These people are friendly, professional and do a staggeringly good job of making your car look like you never had that senior moment at all. I wasn't surprised that they erased the evidence of my mistake, but I was really pleased that they went the extra mile and cleaned and polished my five year old car so that it looked like it did the day we bought it. “Good store to go to for some auto detail supplies. Mainly carry Meguires brand of products which aren’t bad. Wish they carried some other brands of things that’s hard to find around here so I wouldn’t have to order them when needed. They young genteel man at the counter that helped me out when I was in there was very kind and knowledgeable about things and was a real pleasure to talk to. Will definitely go back again.”
“The purchasing of the new vehicle was fine. A few days later when I was there to get a car wash it took 30 minutes. They basically forgot about it in the service department. Either tell people it takes a long time to go through the car wash when they buy a vehicle or Hatchett needs make the process a lot easier and customer friendly. Maybe tell people to schedule car wash in advance and then only make people wait 10 minutes.”
