BEWARE! They sold me 1000 dollar defective ozempic pen. They refuse to exchange it. They said not their problem, it's mine! Told me to call the manufacturer, which I have done, and was on hold several times, once for 3 hours with no answer. I have sent multiple emails with no resolution. Makes zero sense to me. They didn't even offer to try and fix the pen.

I love the pick up option… but 6 spaces is not enough for this Walmart. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for a parking spot to free up so I can check into get my order. I am here within the time slot I picked… it should be required that you pick up your order in the time slot you chose before checking out!! ?

I love going to Walmart because it is my one stop shop they have everything I need all in I place that is convenient for me I love there prices on food there meat is a little high but other then that it is cool.

This pharmacy is awful. Every time we come to pick up our prescriptions we call ahead and they swear they have it yet they never do when we show up!!! if it’s possible for you to go ANYWHERE else do it.

September 2020 - Reading the reviews, it appears they are not all from this store and not even about the pharmacy. I am reviewing the pharmacy at the walmart store at 5261 n.e. antioch road in kcmo. My insurance recently changed and the one and only time I have used my new pharmacy is to get a flu shot. I had excellent service above and beyond what I expected. They inquired about all other vaccines to see if I was up-to -date and checked the 'system'. Very friendly and informative service.

Tonight the pharmacy gave me someone else's medication. Mistakes happen but I cannot believe people can be so careless. I have been waiting since Sunday for my meds. Three times I was told they could get a partial amount ready and I could pick it up that evening. Every evening until tonight it wasn't ready. I get home and see that they gave me the wrong thing. There's nothing I can do now because they are closed. When I called the phone rang an insane amount of times. What if I hadn't noticed it was the wrong pill?Update 5/10Picked up my correct meds. Received a refund, gift card and numerous apologies. I appreciate them being accountable and explaining that they take this very serious. Businesses retain customers by handling complaints correctly. I am grateful for the way they handled this situation.

Becky in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help fill a script for me. I don't often see this kind of service and didn't honestly expect it from Walmart but it was much appreciated. I wish there were more Becky's out there.
