I have always had positive experiences at this Walgreens pharmacy, especially because of the pharmacist, Pheonna. She’s always incredibly helpful, patient, and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Whether it’s filling prescriptions or providing advice on medications, Pheonna is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. I feel confident in the service I receive every time I come in. Highly recommend this location, and Pheonna is truly a gem!

I don't think I've gone in a single time and not been directed by the cashier to self-checkout. I do not get paid by CVS to check out items and half the time I'm buying a bottle of wine so they're going to have to stop what they're doing to come allow me to buy the item in the first place. It's a convenient location for when I get done grocery shopping, I just hate that I'm expected to self-checkout when there is somebody available

I’m a nurse at a doctors office. I *ONLY* have issues with the Walgreens on 75th and Wornall. No other pharmacy in KCMO has the issues that this location does. They frequently provide incorrect dispense amounts for our patients medications, promise our patients that they will call us and ask for refills and never do, and provide conflicting insurance information to our patients. I have one patient right now that had an error with their medication and I have called this pharmacy 3x in the last 7 days to speak to a pharmacy associate- did I mention that the issue was on the patients insulin? Each time, I’ve been on hold for so long that the phone disconnects (which btw, is 20 minutes). Sometimes they answer just to place me back on hold and will do that 2 or three times in a row so I hold on the phone for up to 45 minutes. Anyways, management needs to get involved because it’s been 4 months minimum where this issue has persisted. Not to mention the rudeness from the employees when I actually do speak to them. Like I swear, there is zero reason for you to answer the phone already upset with the request that I’m about to ask you. I’m being genuine when I say that the Walgreens on Wornall has contributed to several of my patients having delayed care or access to medication. This can be a risk for death or injury, please have some restructuring regarding how the phone lines are attended

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I went to the store to pick up a picture and the white old woman at the photo section was extremely rude. She couldn’t find my picture, and started to get mad and had an attitude. At some point she just left me standing there and stopped helping me, she went to the back and I had to ask someone else for help, since she just left me. She was extremely rude, and for what? I was nice the whole time, even tho she wasn’t being helpful at all.

I live super close to this Walgreens so unfortunately I frequent it often. The cashier Jessica, short brunette hair, older lady is usually working. She is ALWAYS RUDE, ALWAYS has an Attitude with every single costumer I have seen her come in contact with. Her tone is aggressive, and complains anytime she is asked for help or where something is. I have witnessed her hang up the phone on a customer on two different occasions, cursing them out. I witnessed her sign & complain that a customer in front of me wanted to use multiple coupons. She never gives me an opportunity to put my Walgreens number in for points and when I ask her if she can please go back so I can input my number she gives the biggest sigh as if she is SO bothered. Once telling me that there was no discount so need to input my number. That is besides the point, I get my receipts emailed to me, and I frequent Walgreens so I of course want my points to build and it is how I keep tracking of my receipts. I understand people have bad days, but she has a bad day every single day & is 100% one of the most rude, aggressive & unkind employee I’ve ever met. She needs to be placed to work in the back & not in the front greeting customers with her horrible attitude.

This was the second Walgreens in a month to charge my insurance for medications I had not picked up, forcing me to call my insurance, then Walgreens again, a big runaround for someone at Walgreens incorrectly noting something in their records. It was a short try. I went back to Hy-Vee. At least they never told me I had picked up meds I had not.

I picked up my med from Walgreens in Topeka, Leawood, OP and other Walgreens in KCMO. But this is the ONLY location with rude pharmacists and techs. They keep delaying your med, always saying we are working on it. Avoid this branch if you can help it. Other Walgreens work like a well oiled machine refilling my meds way before I run out and friendly service. I wouldn’t recommend 75th and Wornall pharmacy to anyone. My friend has disability, couldn’t get his med for 2 days despite calling 3, 4 times a day. He called me asking for help. I called them morning, noon and 5ish and 7ish, each time staff saying they are working on it. I told one staff that my friend hasn’t slept for days, his Bipolar is flaring, we need his med now. I personally got my friend on the phone and she personally saw him acting bizarre bc he hasn’t slept. She said she is gonna work on the order „right now“ and call him when the med is ready. I called before closing upon no call and staff said med won’t be delivered the same day but the next day. After I express my frustration POLITELY, there was no apology but pharmacist was nonapologetic and noncaring. This Walgreens branch is a bad reflection on other branches and they need training on customer service and filling orders in timely manner. Never did my refill at other branches EVERRR took 3 days. After specifying it was urgent gazillion times.

This store is awful the staff is mean selfish they don't give a damn about the customer I have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to get an answer I talked to six people just to try and get some understanding about my prescription what good does it do for your doctor to tell them to put to fill the prescription on a certain date and they choose to fill it on the date they want to fill it on evidently there was a reason why he chose that day to let you know do not feel until on this date. These folks please be careful they are no good their attitude staff especially the pharmacy staff they are really nasty. Think about it before you go there I thought this would be a pleasurable transfer of medication now I'm going to have to find someplace else to go I refuse to deal with these people. Don't go to their pharmacy please don't go to their pharmacy their staff is more than a Halloween character. Just saying for warning do not go there with a prescription.
