By far the worst one I have ever been to as far as to fill meds I too long lines just not to have my meds or have to come back I to will never come to this store don't see how they in business with so many bad reviews they should have a 0 star ⭐ for real literally like this ever time you come in sad

Not very helpful here also they stop performing some task hours before they close one task in particular has got to be the easiest task they perform such a shame they take laziness to the next level

The pharmacy at the Linwood location is not user friendly and does not care about the clienteles medication needs if their insurance or medication needs are askew.

Don’t bother coming here to fill prescriptions if you have important prescriptions. They will NEVER be ready on time and the staff is guaranteed to be rude every time! I think it’s time for some serious retraining! But if you tell them that, even if it’s nicely, they will probably laugh at you and still not get your prescription ready. They definitely like to play with people’s lives and they purposely don’t fill prescriptions after you call about it.

It was a stressful morning, trying to get my son’s medication going back and forth, waiting in the drive-through due miscommunication and misunderstanding about the medication itself, but I tell you my pharmacy tech Jaywanna no matter how long it took she handled everything professionally with patients. I can tell that she cares about her job and the people that she serve thank you so much for being you truly made my day and I did get my son’s. PS I love my Walgreen on my way to Prospect.

Their ATM always works and the young staff is civilized for the most part. Which is saying a lot when it comes to customer service in the inner city..???

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in 43 years of life on Earth. They are just randomly closed half the time. They have high worker turnover. They can't keep people. They never have prescriptions ready when they're called in. They outright lose prescriptions all the time.

Let the consumer bewareWhen getting prescriptions filled at this Walgreen's on Linwood and Prospect make sure you check your medication before you leave because they are bad about giving you either the wrong medication or PRN that you don't need like I mean I ended up with 6-7 scripts of the same PRN. Was back in there again today and again they are still trying to give me the wrong medication when I asked them not to and they seemed upset when I call it to their attention.Alway check you medication before you leave to make sure you have you right med's because they said they don't offer exchange or refunds.
