Spent hours on a photo book, waited an hour to go pick it up, then they call me and say their printer isn’t working and hasn’t been for a while. What a joke.

I'm sorry, but this Walgreens is pathetic except for the nice guy at the cash register. Everything is locked up.

I was harassed today at Walgreens on Broadway Blvd, by the manager on shift at 2PM on April 21st. I did not get his name. I was also harassed by a toxic security guard who when I explained my situation again with no empathy said doing as I am told by giving him my bag is respect and that I could choose another pharmacy if I didn't like the rules. As a disabled person I have never been more disrespected. This is the opposite of respect. I walk with a cane because I have MOG which is MS basically and have spinal cord damage. I am also partially blind. The Manager told me that I need to put my back pack up from with security and I was explaining to him that I had just gotten out of the hospital, I still had bandages on and a two hospital wrist bands and I only have one arm and have all of my things that I need like my phone, wallet and this bag helps me carry the large amount of perscriptions I had to pick up. The manager did not care and made security come take my bag. He was forceful and disraspectful and I was told to walk my bag up front. I can barley walk! Now that I did not have my backpack at the pharmacy they were out of bags and I was standing there feeling ashamed and embarrassed that I couldn't pick up all of my prescribes because they did not have any bags. I had to call my brother to come help me get my prescribes back to the front in my bag. Interactions like this really hurt people.

No point in ordering photos from here, usually takes about a week to get them made and can’t make sizes bigger then 4x6

TLDR: This pharmacy is just awful, but today was my last straw, hence I'm writing a negative review. And the tan, middle-aged male pharmacist should get a job he cares about.
Most of the front counter employees are nice, and a lot of things are out of their control, but Walgreens is almost always out of one of my prescriptions, and whenever I call or go in, they give me the runaround, especially the pharmacists. I was told five times this week that my rx "should come in tomorrow," and when I was finally told they just got a shipment in but they still needed to stock it, and to come back later, I returned that evening and was told that this wasn't true; that a shipment never arrived. So after being out of my prescription for nearly a week, I stopped by once again today, and when the front-desk worker checked with the pharmacist to see if the shipment came in, the tan, middle-aged pharmacist was super annoyed, barely acknowledged the employee or me, and said, "Nope, maybe Tuesday." Which is actually insane because he was the first person to tell me my RX was going to be in the previous Tuesday. It's not a pharmacy's fault that they haven't gotten a drug shipment in (though at this Walgreens that does seem to be the case some of the time, as I hear a lot of "That's weird, it looks like the order we sent didn't go through," but at the very least, just pretend to care and tell a customer that they won't be getting their prescription anytime soon so they can try a different pharmacy. At this Walgreens they give you the runaround, then basically tell you to go kick some rocks about it.

If I could give this sad little place zero stars. I would!! My optometrist called in an order for drops as I have an eye infection. I have been calling them for 3 hours just to find out from the main manager pharmacies closed due to short staff.

Thank you for texting that my prescriptions were ready for pick up. I drive 15 minutes to get there and everyone is out for lunch at 1:30. Dumb

I’m not sure why Walgreens can’t update their site to reflect that this is NOT a 24 hour location, but it is NOT. I understand that this is a very difficult part of the city, and your workers clearly are not trained or able to handle the local night time populace, but it takes almost no effort to simply update your real operating hours so others don’t waste their time driving. Looks like Walgreens not only doesn’t care about staffing their stores, nor do they care about their customers. What do they care about, because pride doesn’t seem to be something that this company has anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They sent a text to my daughter her prescriptions would be ready after 3 - that was in the morning, I went with her at 3:15 to pick them up and there was a sign on the drive thru window closed till the next day! The problem with that was that she was getting on a plane for a 10 day trip the next morning at 6:45am!! We tried other Walgreens with no answer till finally a pharmacist said he could have filled it except he had to talk to a Pharmacist at that location and there wasnt any - she got back from her trip today and went to pick up her prescriptions and the pharmacy was closed again! So ridiculous plus everyone is rude and slow at this location!
