The staff is always helpful and have a happy smile on their faces, even when you walk in 5 mins after close. Eric was very understanding about me showing up after hours and quickly took care of my needs and got me out the door fast !..could have been because they closed 5 mins before I walked in, but anyway.. lol. Thanks again guys!

Nothing compared from the last years ; the customer service called their clients and their doctors to remind for refills now you have to call ; they asking questions to customers having years and all the information is on the system. I guess time to change to CVS

This specialty pharmacy is so convenient and helpful. They take plenty of time to make sure you understand everything. They go over all of your insurance, prescription, and health questions and concerns. The folks that work here really care enough to get to know their patients.

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy!! The pharmacists are always so friendly☺ and very helpful as well. They also get the prescriptions out quickly. I've been using this walgeeens for almost 2 years now

Laura, a pharmacist at this location, is an ally to transgender people. She has gone out of her way to help me get the prescription I need when others wouldn't. If you're transgender and need someone safe to help get your medication, ask for her.

I am moving out of the Kansas City area at the end of the month and I feel like I owe this entire facility a complete shout out for being the best pharmacy in the whole universe. I had the pleasure of patronizing and talking with the staff members and it's one of the best things in this Community. It's keep seniors from going way out of the neighborhood to get their medications and it gives them an opportunity to talk about their situation and how and what should be done to help make it better for them.
