In reflection on my experience with the dealership. I recognize that things could have been done with a little more honesty and forthcoming. What I mean by that is I never understood the pricing, did not believe that the salesman and his boss honored the A- plan pricing that I wanted do to my certificate for my A-plan. There are different pricing on different paperwork that received. There also is a discrepancy on the MSRP because the cash price says under 80,000$ but the document that the IRS needs to get the pricing off of they have the vehicle priced at 80,300 so I wouldn’t get the 7500$ tax credit. I’m not sure why because I clearly believe the truck is under 80,000$. I went back up there to get explanation and Jason Vroman gave me a bogus document with incorrect information. Called me a month later to get the numbers of the a A-plan. Not a good experience, and didn’t get what I wanted.

Brought my car in because it wouldn’t start. They got it up and running, but told me I needed ANOTHER part, then they told me I didn’t need it. Have had it for 5 days and the power steering is now out (was working when I brought it in) and the check engine light is back on. Did I mention this was my second time at the shop in the last six months? Anyways long story short this is a nickel and dime dealership service department and is a joke when it comes to ACTUALLY fixing your vehicle. Go support a small locally owned repair shop before throwing your money away on a clip joint like this one.

I’ve been here two different times. The communication is not great. They did the repairs just fine, one time a repair I asked them not to do they still did it. But this last visit they did find recalls we didn’t know about so that was cool. However we communicated we needed a shuttle and it didn’t happen first time.
So overall communication is lacking here.

My truck was not fixed. They do not like to work on older Fords (2008 and 234,000 miles). They quoted a price to replace the water pump. They started the replacement, but found a damaged sensor. A new price was then quoted which was too expensive.

Everyone is exceptionally nice and helpful. No pressure at this dealership. This was the easiest vehicle purchase that we have ever made. The Sales Mgr was so easy to talk with and ordering a new vehicle was a very simple process. Our Sales Person went out of his way to make our experience seamless. We highly recommend Victory Ford.
