I walked into the store to buy a new iPhone. Stood and waited 15 minutes before a representative even acknowledged I was there. The sign in kiosk was not available to sign in, was not greeted at the door. Horrible service.

Were kind of snotty when they figured out I was looking for an inexpensive item & not a brand new super expensive phone or new plan probably won't ever go back there although we have been w Verizon for probably close to 15 years.

Came in to get my phone checked out after repeatedly dropping calls. The guy who helped me seemed nice and knowledgeable. Took down my number to follow up the next day, which he did. Proceeded to tell me a new phone would be delivered and then stopped responding all together. No new phone. No response. I've been debating leaving Verizon all together, and I think that about did it. I am not sure if the level of professionalism that is presented by them is worth the money.

Jamall was the best sales clerk ever! Very kind, patient, and didn’t push anything on me. Also, made me aware of some really great deals and saw us through the transition process. He set us up on a family plan with iPhone 13s on Verizon. I was extremely satisfied with his customer service!! Super thankful for him and the Barry Road team!

I really don’t appreciate Verizon selling off my account WITHOUT my permission to an offshore entity. I paid my bill as usual and for some reason the account is still deactivated and when I call *611 it’s a sweatshop that just wants my credit card for more money I don’t owe. Absolutely unbelievable I’m writing this from WiFi connection because Verizon said I have to wait 12-24 hours for an update. I’ve had this phone for years but I’m finding a new AMERICAN provider that can assist when needed

I've had different issues at different Verizon stores, but this store is excellent. Every time I've been there, they've helped me quickly and resolved my concerns before I left the store.

Horrible place to be. No chairs. I can't stand. The expect me to go in here and wait to get my bill back on the plan I signed up with. They have overcharged me $800 at least. They tell me I have no option but to keep paying. The managers seem to come just as quickly as they go. I think my only way out is to get a new provider. Don't get wrapped up with this place!!

Went to 2 different stores to cancel a phone line and was told at the first store in Platte City that I had to go to the corporate store to cancel it. Once I got to the corporate store, they told me that they couldn't do it, and you had to call it in. So I ended up wasting my time and gas with no results.
