Wish I could give 0 stars.This place is the BIGGEST rip off I've ever seen. 5 DAYS after buying a car it now has a brake caliper locked up and they say its NOT covered under their warranty. 5 days into owning the vehicle I DONT CARE whats covered and what isn't THEY SHOULD FIX IT!! Just goes to show how they take advantage of people!!! This will NOT be the last they hear about it either.

This review is one I should of left a year and half ago but didn’t because I noticed they argue and give a nasty reply to people who work hard for their money and who trusted them to sell them a good, reliable car NOT to be ripped off. We bought a Toyota Camry and have had one problem after another with it. It’s getting an engine put in now. Engine has been bad 6 months now and there were other issues 4 months after buying the car. To many issues to list. I just know not to ever go back there or recommend them and I caution everyone to be careful and to have it really checked out first. I believe they knew of the issues before they sold us the car.

I can not recommend this place enough. Everyone is so helpful. Fast responses on the phone and ultimately the best customer service I have ever received! No pressure or haggling. What you see is what you get and that's a luxurious car from a high end dealership. The car forecourt is exceptional and so is the service. Hassle free genuine staff.

TJ was simply awesome to speak with. My husband and I were so grateful at how willing they were able to work with us through a few challenges to help us get a beautiful truck! personal and professional service are a must for a business to be successful but the fact that they went the extra mile to make us feel so welcome and worked through those challenges with us made all the difference.I was hesitant to go to a smaller dealership instead of a chain dealership but I am happy to admit I was wrong. The one on one attention, knowledge from TJ and support from the staff was truly genuine. 10/10 would recommend.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!! Beware do NOT buy a car from this dealer. They sold us a vehicle and told us it would pass inspection and was all in great working condition. With in days of driving off the engine light came on and when we took it to get a inspection were told it needed $1000 worth of repairs to pass. Then the dealer told us none of it was covered under their so called warranty and that they didn’t have to have their cars pass inspection to sell them since they are a Kansas Dealer and told me I was a liar and out of luck. This is a disgrace and so are the men who will look you in the face and lie to get your money!!!!

My experience with Used Car Stars wasn't good. The issue with this deanship that I had is that they clearly went out of their way to hide a major issue from me. On the vehicle I purchased a Cam shaft phaser was bad which means that in order to hear the noise (grinding near the top of the engine due to not retaining oil in the upper portion of the engine) you only hear it on a cold start and it takes a couple hours to make the noise again (Once all the oil drains back down). This issue was present the second I bought the car. In order to make sure I never heard the loud grinding the dealer started it before I test drove one day and then before I drove it to a mechanic to inspect it the next day. I would not have bought this car if I had known the obvious defect that the dealership clearly knew about. I would recommend staying away from this dealership...

Just tried to roll through real quick to see what they had, and was basically chased off the lot. “YOU TRYNA BUY SOMETHIN'?†was how I was greeted, and then told I couldn't drive on the lot for “insurance reasonsâ€. Absolute jokers.
