I didn’t have a problem with only this location, it was every location. I visited a new US bank location everyday for a week trying to transfer money to my mom. I wanted to use PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay. All those apps said that US bank was restricting my payment. So I call a few times, US bank says there is no restriction or they fixed it. So I go to the bank every day after work. First it’s past 3pm so they can’t do a wire transfer, then it’s I don’t have enough in my account (I had more than enough, I’m not broke), then it’s I haven’t been around for more than 6 months so I can’t do wire transfers or get a cashiers check, etc. It was something new every day. And it wasn’t just this, my card would be declined and I would be told that US bank wasn’t approving the purchase of $20 or $5 or whatever I was paying for. It wasn’t that I didn’t have enough, it was that US bank was DECLINING my use of my money. I had plenty of money in my account and I can’t pay for a Starbucks? I wasn’t allowed to use my money is what it felt like. I had to pull out cash to pay for everything and I didn’t feel comfortable walking around with all that money on hand. Finally closed my account. I recommend a credit union, I have always had amazing experiences with those banks

The woman at the service window who helped me was incredibly nice and did everything she could to to help. Unfortunately, the manager whom the customer service 800 number insisted was the only one who could activate mobile deposits first told me in effect that that wasn't his job and I should call the customer service line who had told me to come there. When I explained this he promised to call me back but never did. I hadn't a car and it was difficult therefore to make deposits or to go to a branch--at first they had asked me to come back for a meeting with a manager.

Slowest branch I've ever been to. Don't go here if you don't have to.

My boyfriend has an account here and we went through the drive thru. The manager Kim has the most amazing customer service. She even came out to the car to assist him in setting up his mobile account.

ATM barely ever works. Girlfriend has an account here and they charge a fee just to have an account. Not an average thing. I've never paid for a checking or savings account.GO TO ANY OTHER BANK!

This was the 4th bank I visited trying to open a new account. Two banks required an appointment and sent me away. One demanded paperwork I don’t have. At this branch the bank manager, Miss Rose, helped me personally. She searched online and found the documents I needed. She was interested in me as a person and asked questions to get to know me. She didn’t even attempt to throw up any road blocks to stop me from opening the account. I was starting to think I’d never be able to open my account. She made me feel right at home. I would recommend this branch without any hesitation!

Horrible branch, even worse bank. Period. If you absolutely HAVE to open a US Bank account, I suggest you NOT open it here. Based off various questions asked, they put various holds on my funds over a vital holiday shopping weekend. Was able to deposit $1,000+, but able to use $0. I've never been as inconvenienced at any other bank as I was here. I'm closing my account asap & going back to Bank of America. Horrible assumptions & horrible service.

First of all let me say that this branch is nothing short of amazing. I don't use my home branch even though it's about 5 minutes from my home; I choose to drive the extra 15 minutes to this location because I know that I will leave satisfied; even if I don't get the answer(s) I'm hoping for. Customer service and professionalism is a lost art form on most; but not at 63rd & Troost on Ms. Rose's watch. I thank you for answering all my questions and going above and beyond yet again.

I rarely go to this location because it's out of the way, but decided to go because I lost my debit card and this was the only location open late enough for me to go to to take out cash.

This morning I use the atm at this bank since it was the closest one. I Input my pin and everything as usual however, I input the wrong amount so I cancel the transaction to start a new one. The atm attempted to spit my card out but only spit it out partially. I tried to pull the card out however, the card didn't come out enough for me to get it. After like 5 seconds the atm sucked my card back in. I talked to the clerk however, he seem un interested and was unwillingly to even get his manager. He just rudely and without even looking my way said my card was destroyed and to talk to my financial institution. Intresting enough when I left, I saw another guy that had the same issue of his card not spitting out all the way. However, it came out far enough for him to get it and 2 mins later after that another guy came and wasn't even able to put his card in to the card slot. He had to walk to the drive thru atm.

Dont like the service and you got too many weak clowns thinking they are tough because they are behind a glass. Speaking about the weak tampon boy men specifically.
