Friendly service but no No urgency to get customers out. Stood in line to withdraw cash for about 20 minutes. No ones know how to expedite long conversations about irrelevance things.About how many kids you have? What are you gonna do when you leave here? I understand small talk, but come on let's go. Just my honest opinion.

Tyler the branch manager at Antioch rd location really helped me in a bind with a hold on a check. Everytime I'm there it's a great experience. Good people and good service

Tyler, the manager was AMAZING! He helped us open a checking account for a minor and made the process so fast and easy. He was knowledgeable and great customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this branch, especially to parents, he made the process EASY!

Just went through the drive thru. I've had my identity stolen way to many times. The teller filled out part of the deposit slip and wouldn't give me another one when she put in the wrong information saying oh it's fine it's fine and refuse to give me another one. When you've had every penny taken out of your bank account because of identity theft I'm sure everything's fine for you. Its not for me. So I'm having to drive twenty minutes to another bank. The banker said she would change it. That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid. Will be calling the branch manager Monday.

Horrible bank. Closed an old acct and Opened a new acct and the girl didn't know what she was doing, my insurance didn't get withdrawn from my acct. (had to send a check that was 2 weeks late), my SS check didn't go in the bank until 3 days later. Would not recommend this bank. Thumbs down???

Horrible bank. Closed my old checking acct due to fraud and reopened new acct. They totally messed my new acct up, horrible ..I'm going to change banks. Don't bank here, the worst of the worst.

Stopped in to break a $100 bill for the license bureau and they told me they only offer that "service" to customers. First time a bank has ever declined to break a bill. Ludicrous

While the staff is friendly enough there is always at least a 15 to 30 minute wait in the lobby. Additionally I've been told that certain services (like adding someone to an account) was not possible due to specific issues with accounts but then another branch did it easily.

The old gray haired lady should retire or get out of the customer service field. I do not recommend US Bank for your banking needs.

Stood in line to open savings account. Was told it would be shortly. Only one person could set it up, have a seat. A man came in with an appointment but was told we would definitely be next. Nope, another lady came in with an appointment. Just be HONEST! An hour later we finally walk out. Went to a different branch and was given an honest answer, not a BS response to keep us there.

This branch is chronically understaffed. I waited half an hour in the lobby to cash a check.I usually plan to spend 20 minutes in the dive through lanes. Today they had 2 tellers for 3 drive through lanes and the lobby.

I can't believe how absolutely slow the drive thru is!!! Was second in line and still waited almost 25 minutes just to get to the window. Time to bull doze this place down.

So my son went in today to get a cashiers check. He reported Sherry (clerk) stated she thought she was being robbed because my son wore a medical mask. The elderly man in front of him was also wearing a medical mask. Tyler told Sherry she needed to go home however; Sherry stated she stayed because she thought my son was going to rob the place. My son has dark hair & eyes and I suspect it was a racial issue as the gentleman in front of him was an elderly Caucasian male. I attempted to call the bank directly to lodge a complaint but no one is answering the phones. My son has been a customer for many years and should not be treated as such.
