Do not use this bank for home financing. Investigation incoming.Shady, incompetent practices. This is not the first time US bank has been to court. Use at your own risk. After some research the level of chicanery is amazing. Suit after suit of evidence U.S. Bank should never be allowed to do business anywhere. I'll be extending my reviews to every and all social medias.

Serious JOKE, ALMOST A YEAR, It took Me WEEKS, TO GET FRAUD MONEY BACK, AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT, I put in for A REALTOR SCAM REPORT ,GAVE SERIOUS ,DL, ADDRESS, NAME OF THE MAN, FAKE REALTOR ) AND NOW, THIS, US BANK- IS TRYING TO COME BACK AT ME FOR, THE FRAUD SCAM, MONEY, THAT GUY-BRIAN HARRISON MARTIN STOLE FROM ME!!!

I walk in and get greeted by the security guard. Which is nice. I have been to all the tellers and every one of them always greeted me, asked how they could help. I tell them my transaction and they start working on it swiftly. Then I get my receipts and done. Then out I go. All were very nice. Keep up the good work!

Branch manager RAYMOND. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Can’t believe you allow him to run this bank. Closing my account and taking my business else where. I’m doing over 50k in transactions in a 6 month period. He is the reason I’m leaving this bank. Absolutely disrespectful.

Obviously people only review wen it’s negative but I think us bank is honestly one of the best. Never dealt with fraud very secure customer service is great love the manager Raymond my favorite is ms Fatima she’s the best so helpful above and beyond has helped me establish credit and get credit card us bank has plenty best one would be altitude bc the point system… beginner bank I believe is for beginners and those who make under 1000 a pay check it’s simplest and doesn’t allow over draft. They say u pay 4 dollar service fee but I never have had to and of course there are more advanced bank accounts for those who have more experience and I believe it allows over draft they have a great online system always accurate and simple I love wen I leave my card in the car and can get on the app n copy my card number I love how my credit cards are on on the app just like my debit extremely easy to pay and keep track of and notifications ever purchase choice of card for free lots and once again no fraud they monitor yr card usage any odd transaction will be decline and u will receive a notification to accept and can reswipe for instance I never spend do shopping online wen I did I got a security text asking if it was me respond is yes ignore if no u can set up card limits order card check accurate credit score without impact all on the us bank app… us bank is awesome the two workers I mentioned have been there for a long time and I enjoy there service I occasionally come in just to see Fatima and she always gives me advice recommends a credit card for me lol and it always helps my score

I am not a member of US Bank; however, I had a terrible experience with this particular branch. The tellers were very rude and one of (I know from experience) is a thief. The tool my jar of coins $250-$300 worth of quarters to be counted and gave me a receof $75.25. My jar was full of quarters to the top and it holds at least $300. I reported the incident to the supervisor who only blew me off and said it was a done deal. I felt robbed, violated, and disgusted by how the matter was handled. I'm still pursuing this matter to this day. Beware....this branch has thieves as tellers. WORK WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I use them for my personal and business banking. The manager was very snappy and rude because he didn’t like that I asked why I had a 10 day hold on a clients check. I will be pulling my accounts…and as the manager said “good luck with that”.

This is not a safe bank to leave your money with. At best their bank programs often function as costly, inefficient creditIn my experience this bank can’t do math, transactions don’t make sense and you’ll be misled and gaslit for calling them out. Along with multiple customers in line arguing the same thing if you dare to go in.— Obviously a customer wouldn’t and knowingly want to spend more than they have (or they’d get a credit card) so why would they knowingly be aware of a transactions that’s “processing” allow it to not be reflected in the owners account accurately - all while approving new transactions.A proper bank wouldn’t allow customers to pay for things with money they don’t have (because math). Big banks can defend their systems - when they’re changing things around, holding on to things even though you accounted for them with the money you budgeted to spend. Prepare to have your money doing who’s know what for who knows how long and don’t even try to gauge what’s safe to spend because your balance won’t be accurate and they’ll let you overdraft and keep authorizing charges despite their accounting errors that aren’t recognized on their end and that of the user.This is beyond an occasional budgeting error. In my opinion it’s fraud.Customers should have the right to have their transactions declined if they do not have the funds to cover them - because the customer when spending it or funding a transaction believes it to only go through if the funds are there to cover them. DUHWho would willingly spend beyond their means and why would US bank approve of them and their transactions doing that. Again - not good accounting/bankingYou’d think a bank would be able to know exactly what the customer is safe to spend and have that reflected in authorizations, approvals, transfers and available balances.Do better!

Every time I go to this bank it is terrible. Today I wasted 40 minutes of my life because the tellers computer kept crashing and I didn’t even get my money deposited. You’re a billion dollar bank and can’t provide your branches with adequate equipment?

This bank is close to my home, and my wife has used US Bank for 20 years, so it made the most sense for our joint account. Recently I applied for a loan to assist with a not for profit I am starting. I applied for a certain amount, but was only approved for a lower amount at a frankly predatory interest rate, which I would not take. This was fine, because I could go to an alternative loan service, whose main requirement was a loan rejection from a large bank. But US Bank/this branch WOULD NOT REJECT ME. They said they would only give "counter offers," so approvals for different amounts rather than a simple decline. (The staff was rude and overbearing the whole time.) So they have left me in a place where I am running out of time to raise funds, the alternative source is perfectly willing but the Armour US Bank refuses to help. Absolutely ridiculous and insulting situation, will not be banking with US any longer.

Bank staff is rude and unhelpful. One of the benefits of banking with a massive corporate bank should be a higher standard of customer service and accountability. Lobby is uncared for with dying plants and empty desks, clearly bored employees. Highly recommend using another bank entirely or at least a different branch, abysmal.
