Wasn't having any problems with day to day work and life until coming here, don't come here unless you want problems is my recommendation. Also they will lie to your face saying they have no record of you coming in, that or they're not properly maintaining records per regulations. Not sure which, doesn't matter though. I'm off to go leave some good reviews to balance this one out

Always good customer service without the sales pitches and hassle. Quick efficient. Other ones i have had problems from my id being not local and giving me the third degree to not having enough cash on hand for me to be able to withdraw my own funds.

(( US bank credit card customer service )) I couldn't believe myself while I am talking with them on the phone for one and half hour without getting any answers for my problem.This is not my US bank I used to deal with.I have issue with my US Bank credit card 3 days ago they stopped that card and told me they will send me another one and they did.Yesterday I did activate my new card but I couldn't see it on my app . So I called US bank credit card customer service. They were not knowing what they were doing keeping transferring me to US bank customer service and they transferring me bank to US Bank credit card customer service for one and half hour. Even I asked to speak with a supervisor who didn't have the skills or the experience to solve my problem and in the end he transferred me again to us bank customer service and I was not happy at all and I told her about what happened in this long phone call and she said that she will find someone in us bank credit card customer service and she will ask him about this problem.A gentleman talked to me and told me that this problem can be solved from our end or us bank end he told me that he will contact the technical support and asked me to stay on the phone.He said that he needs to send me a different card because the one I was just received it it was reported stolen or fraud.Really, us bank sent me a card was already canceled ..I really appreciate the last person I spoke with (( Scott)) he told me what was going on.So why all the people I spoke with before him didn't find that out saving my time .US BANK people, I am with your bank for a long long time I don't like to take my business somewhere else.Please do something make me feel you do care about your customers.And make us bank as it was before.

He’s been my Financial guru I can come to him with all of my questions no matter how small or how large they are he has given me so many tools and knowledge to live by to help work on my credit score he is the best this is the best US Bank in Kansas City downtown thank you

Worst bank. Customer service, and wait times compared to the DMV. Employees stand around acting busy doing nothing.
