When Customers ask questions on how to pay with different forms of payment such as TAP PAY.. please educate your staff. I just left and the cashier was rude and short and not helpful.

This store has totally eliminated the need for me to have staff. It seems ridiculous but a small not for profit has the same needs as any other business and staff to assist with shipping, packaging, printing, proofing and packaging is very expensive. We simply cannot afford it. So, we did like the big guys, we outsourced. This store handles ALL of our needs with a smile. Even the ridiculous requests on a bad day. They take it with a smile and make it work. I cannot express our gratitude to Pam & Curtis Cooper for their dedication to this community. Their employees follow the same standard and service is ALWAYS the same. Excellent and Thanks again! The Reola Grant Center for Family Life Development

My husband dropped of 2 packages December 20th. He said it was very chaotic and busy. Fast forward to yesterday, I received notice that my package was never received from the company it was being sent. I checked and the second package wasn’t received either. I have GPS location putting my husband there and when I reached out I was told without a receipt (he cannot locate it) that there is simply nothing that can be done. My point being that these 2 packages were both dropped off at this location, were never scanned in and management has simply said “sorry that’s all we can do”. This will cost me hundreds of dollars. Do not recommend taking anything of value to this location as they are clearly not organized and will not help you if they make a mistake. Lesson learned for me, hope that no one else suffers from the same experiences with this location.

Went to this store earlier this evening to have 18 pages faxed that I needed to get done but guess what its not that the customer service behind the counter was bad its not they do not know how to fax even anything they CLAIM it kept dropping the phone lines to fax out so my mom and I were so digusted we left the store and glad we did we got my 18 pages faxed at Hen House much better. Im surprised this store UPS knows how to even accept packages right!!!

Horrible experience. Rented a mailbox and was told by usps mail might now be delivered due to confusion. Tried getting refund back after 1 week and got only half back. 100 dollars for 3 month smallest box. So i paid 50 dollars for 1 week after a refund lol. What a joke and rip off

They charge for a return label, the other Stores in KC do not. They are getting paid to return the package, labels should be included.

I had around 12 boxes (Christmas presents) to drop off. The store had a lot of activity but no matter the stress the ladies at the desk remained very helpful, kind and calm. I even had 2 more that I didn’t have boxes for, but they packaged them up nicely (not cheap, but I was glad to have it done!). Great customer service!!
