This place is top notch because of the experienced vet!!
He really knows his stuff!!
He has treated and healed two of my dogs, and now he is saving my cat!
He uses up to date treatments instead of the same old antibiotics that most vets just keep prescribing...
It's obvious that he is up to date on the latest and best treatments for many conditions.
He gave my cat a two week shot which allowed me to not have to give him medicine everyday like the other vet had me do... That is just one aspect of his superior approach to animal care! He will get your animal feeling better as he just did with my cat...he has been home 6 hours and he is already feeling better and interacting more like he did before he got this bad skin infection.
If you want a tried and tested vet, go see this vet ...his knowledge is as tall as he is...and he is really tall!!
The staff is great also!!

I'd 100% give 0 stars if I could. I took my dog in for an ear infection. The first thing I noticed was that the place seemed somewhat dirty. Not the biggest grievance, but strange nonetheless. When they took my dog to the back, they laid out paperwork with everything they'd be charging me with, including treatment, before even examining the dog. I was given no options for how his ear would be treated. They opted for something called oti-pack, which from my understanding now is a relatively new treatment. So they take him to the back and treat both ears so the infection won't spread. I was informed that he would likely have some hearing loss with this treatment, but it should clear up in a few weeks. The vet I spoke to was extremely elderly and repeatedly referred to my male dog as a female dog. It seemed very strange to me for even a layperson to make such a mistake with such consistency, let alone someone who went to school to be a vet who had just examined my animal not 10 minutes before. They also prescribed my dog an allergy medication because of a bald spot on his tail that he's had for years. They asked me no questions about the spot or his behaviors surrounding it before throwing pills at it. At checkout, I tried to schedule an appointment for my cat as well. The receptionist (Mellissa, get used to that name because you're gonna be seeing a lot of it for the rest of this review) was quite short with me in asking questions about the cat and would cut me off in a rude, curt manner if my answers were too long. I was rubbed the wrong way by this entire visit so I ended up cancelling the cat's appointment, but opted to follow up with them for the dog since they already understood what was wrong. Fast forward to today, the dog's follow up appointment. The general vibe of the place did feel a bit better this time around. They do have nice nurses there, but consistency and communication seemed to have broken down somewhere along the way by this point. The vet I saw today wasn't the same vet as the first time. This vet tried to tell me that my dog's continued deafness likely had more to do with his age than anything they did. They also prescribed him more of the allergy medication, saying this time it was for the ear. They also admitted to dosing him wrong on said allergy medication the first time. I was told initially to give it to him once a day for 2 weeks, then every other day when apparently it was really supposed to be twice a day for 2 weeks and then once a day after. I talked to my boyfriend after the appointment, and he called to try to get further answers since what we were told and the purpose of the allergy medication was confusing. Enter, Mellissa, once more. Admittedly, my boyfriend was angry when he called in, as anyone would be to spend ~500 dollars and have their animal come back worse off than before and to be told they don't know why. He wasn't yelling, might've said "hell" or something at worst. Mellissa immediately got short with him and hung up. She called him back later with an extremely antagonistic and dismissive tone and kept mentioning the call being on a "recorded line" as a thinly veiled threat. I tried calling myself later, since I tend to be a bit softer than my boyfriend is. She was somewhat polite, but still condescending towards me. She told me how she didn't like my boyfriend's demeanor when I was calling of my own volition and didn't even mention him. I asked to talk to the doctor or receive a callback when possible, and she told me it isn't something they usually do. When I tried to get a point in edgewise, she'd incessantly talk over me, saying things like "Well I wasn't there in the room, so I don't have answers for you", which is exactly why I was hoping the doctor would call me back. My boyfriend took my phone to try to ask his questions since she wouldn't let me get a word in. As soon as she realized my boyfriend was present, her demeanor completely swit

I have been going to the vet office for over 25 years all of a sudden I called to make my dog an appointment for her shots. They tell me I have missed 12 appointments and that I have to pre-pay to make an appointment. I have never missed an appointment at this vet office for my dogs and I’m highly pissed that they are doing this to me. I told them when I called there are two of me in the computer with the same nameand they’re telling me I missed 12 appointments when I have never missed one appointment. I will never go back to them.

Please spare your pet and your pocketbook…took my cat here for dental work…paid $1000.00, said would be fine in a few days…charged me 150.00 for follow up visit a week later because my cat was still in pain ( on a Friday), vet gave him pain meds and told me to bring him back on Monday…. Why? To charge me another office visit and do nothing? I’ve taken my cat to a different vet for dental exam and now having to pay another $500.00 to do what I paid Turner to do for $1150.00…and to top it off sold me cat dental treats that are hard as a rock for a cat that has stomatitis…he can’t even eat dry cat food without screaming…how does this make any sense? Please if you take your pet here proceed with caution.
