Customer service at this Trader Joe's has gone way down in years. When I asked why they did not sell quarters from the customer service desk, the manager behind the desk, Alli, said, "Because we're not a bank." Ironically, neither am I, and I don't have to use my money at this Trader Joe's.

I love shopping here in the evening right before closing. Shoppers are more easy going, while employees are frantically restocking for the next morning. I like the vibe.
