One hour before closing time, I was told their fitting rooms were closed and there’s no way to open any room????
Totally waste of time after selecting all the clothes!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this store. It's frustrating that the fitting rooms are closed. It's difficult to understand why they can't politely inform customers about this. I understand that dealing with many customers can be challenging, but it doesn't make sense to drive an hour to the store only to find out that you can't try on the clothes. In that case, it would be better to just buy online.
