The manager at this location is top notch! I had a return for a used product from another location and she was so helpful and kind. I forgot to ask her name and I apologize for not mentioning her directly! The cashier who checked me out was kind and courteous as well. I will definitely be frequenting this location more often. (:

Understaffed.Manager Olivia watched her two young cashiers struggle to keep up as we waited in line 30 minutes. She informed the line that there was a delay; however, she never stepped in to assist. Just watched while they worked. Poor excuse for a manager.

Understaffed, wasnt noted when a large price came up. Credit card spiel isnt clearly worded. Otherwise product is as expected. 20 minute line time was ridiculous for an average day. Person did ask if I found everything ok...odd for the more classic reseller store.
