Usually I have nothing to complain about everything always uses great but this last time was just terrible poor customer service and the pharmacy cashier she needs another job she has no respect it's disrespectful she has an attitude she don't smell she looks like her dog just ran over and killed I think she needs to go work Goodwill at the Goodwill or pick up trash on the Cur

I’ve been going to K.U for three years! Started with Cancer treatment, ended get injured on a job tore my leg up and and had Mild Traumatic Brian injury, while being treated for that, got Burnt really bad and they helped me heal from the burns! Still seeing Dr Satelli and Dr Roggy for the Cancer which my response to the medicine is working! Thank you two them both and their staff! Still currently get therapy for the TBI, making progress thanks to Dr Rippee and Maria D! Getting treatment for the my left leg due to the ladder injury! Dr Heddings and the sports medicine therapy and all his staff, thanks to Dr McGee and staff for the nerves side of my injuries ! Let’s not forget all the wonderful people that work on the burn until they helped get me back to what is now my new normal! Heaven sent! KU is the only way to go! They treated me like family. God Bless you all And thank you from the bottom of my heart! Dennis Moore

Some of the people who work there are kind and efficient, but wow, some of them seem like automatons who are simply unable to express any kind of empathy or human emotion. It's like they're bored workers in fast food. Yesterday, I got a message on MyChart saying 'Your prescription is filled.' I went in to pick it up and buy another OTC item. The employee explained that yes it was ready, but guess what, insurance wouldn't pay for it for another week. When I suggested that in the future, they put that information in the message as well, she said 'I'll make a note,' in a way that suggested it would be tedious for her. (Btw, I was trying to pick up painkillers for a serious illness, which she could probably guess if she thought about it, but hard to tell if it would have made a difference to her.) When she gave me my receipt for the OTC item, I noticed it was twice as much as what the sign said next to the item. She said, 'Oh. Yeah. It looks like that, but it isn't." Long pause. "Do you want to delete the transaction and start again?" This employee may or may not be the person who answers the phone when I call, who is reliably awful in the same kind of unenthusiastic, I-don't-care-about-you-or-my-job kind of way. I don't like going there, and I don't like calling, but I'm kind of stuck because it's walking distance and close to the hospital. I will say another person who works there with super short hair--I think her name is Samantha--is always great, really nice and helpful. But they need to figure that stuff out with MyChart and not have sick patients coming in to pick up a prescription they can't really pick up yet, especially during a pandemic.
