A couple months ago, my boss called him personally and asked him to come down to give us an estimate for our Wi-Fi service and how much it would be to start setting up. He informed my boss that he would be able to make it on this day. Well, that day came along he no called no showed us. A couple of months later we started up with T-Mobile, we did not go through him personally, but we went through customer service on the phone. When it came in and I start setting up the Wi-Fi I was having difficulties so I went to our local team mobile store and he gave us a card. I called Heath and informed him I was having difficulties and he told me he would be able to FaceTime me after his meeting at 12 o'clock and if we can't figure it out that he would come down the next day at 12 or 1 to help me set up. After he did not FaceTime me at 12 o'clock, I gave him a text informing him that this is my number and our address. He did not respond so the next day I called him in the morning he did not answer my phone calls, so we tried off of a different cell phone number. He answered, and pretty much told us that he was doing it at the kindness of his heart, but was not gonna come! This was his second time that he no called no showed us!

If I could put 0 stars I would, I got nothing but lied to there when I traded in my iPhone for a better one. They told me mt times everything was backed up on my iCloud. They completely erased my phone before they saved anything on it, I lost EVERYTHING. Because they don't know how to do their fucking job correctly.

Worst customer service! Stood there for about 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged us standing there! Then, finally, someone else came in the store, and they acknowledged them. 2 workers talked to 2 guys about personal stuff while we stood there forever. Finally, we were helped to be turned away and told us to call customer service they can not help us in store! I was trying to get my son set up on his own plan. The entire time she was helping us, her and another girl talked about their fingernail polish and how bad their nails looked.. as she scanned my license and left it laying there. I had to ask for it back because she was too busy talking about her nails!. Then looked at us and said we can not help you here call customer service. Walked out and went to the Mission store, and the gentleman there, Dave helped us with no problem!

I would look elsewhere they charge20$ extra in payment fees makes bill larger than it should be WILL NO FIX IT just paid almost 100$ still no internet connection called told them and in return they said to just bring my box back and I should cancel my service and go somewhere else uuuuum ok what about that payment I gave you JUST 2 hours ago so I'm out my money and I have no service

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

I have been with T-Mobile for over "20 Years"! They were called "Voicestream" when I started with the company, and NEVER had a problem with them! Professional in Every Catagory, courteous and knowledgeable in their products! When you find something GOOD, you should Stay with it, and that is what I and my wife will do! T - Mobile is "#1"!!!
