I’m sure all the rocks and wheel nuts left on your bed won’t damage other cars behind you.Edit: The truck pictured got on 29 south and onto 635. Seems if I had rocks and wheel nuts on my bed I wouldn’t get on the highway. The truck was still driving with debris on its bed. A broom isn’t kept in your trucks? The picture shows rocks on the bed. ?Stay away from this tow truck company. They are going to hurt someone on the road with their negligence.

My insurance provider brought my car to Copart - Kansas City on 8440 Gibbs and it was inspected there and was supposed to be delivered to a repair facility. My car was picked up by Sunflower (told to me by Copart) and delivered to a RANDOM PERSON’s house. The only reason I was aware my car was not where it was supposed to be is because I had a tracker on my car. Apparently there was a mix up with 2 similar model cars and my car was the unlucky one. How did no one verify if it was the correct car at Copart and if it was the correct car when it was delivered to the RANDOM house?? If only there was something called a Vehicle Identification Number.

If you want cars towed timely without altercations DO NOT use Sunflower. Not only do they instigate altercations but they will blame you (the owner) for the call. Very unprofessional

You can definitely count on Sunflower to get the job done. My car was having issues and I wasn’t able to be there for them to load it but it all worked out and my car is safely home. The driver was friendly and communicated well.Services: Car towing

I would've gave no stars if i could. I stayed at the Radisson Inn at Legends and had my parking pass in my windshield yet i get done with the Tacos n Tequila fest and come back to find out my durango was towed. I find out Sunflower had towed it. I called them and asked them to bring it back and the lady said Why?? I told her my pass was in the windshield. And my house keys were in there which they also wouldn't let me get. I live in St Joseph and the company is closed on Sunday. So i had to uber to the airport n rent a car go home break in my house and return Monday to get my car. I go to get my insurance card from my car. I took pictures of my pass still in the windshield and show them. Some lady in the back said "he wasn't towed for that! He was parked on the curb!" They said they took pictures so they showed me and i said "that's not even my car!!" That's a black durango mine is grey. The guy looks at me and hands me back my driver's license and says "Have a good day." Smh. No apology or nothing!! Come on Sunflower you gotta do better than that.

I used Sunflower Tow, I was stuck in a drive thru, and other tow companies were going to be 2 hrs, but Sunflower got there very quick, Ramon was very professional and courteous I was so stressed and he calmed me down and made me feel more at ease. Had a great experience this evening with my driver Clarence. He got there quicker than the time I was quoted hooked everything up very carefully and got me back to my house as fast as he could. Really couldn't have asked for more I was in a situation where I was trying to come home from work and every other company was quoting me hours of waiting. I was told I would receive an estimated time from Clarence and he called me very promptly and told me he'd be there within 10 minutes and was there maybe even sooner. Really appreciate the great service

Drove my car into a hidden ditch, while getting quotes for a tow a Sunflower tow truck was passing by. The driver(I didn’t get his name but he was so kind) stopped and helped me get it out. I drove off but a piece of my undercarriage was dragging and I was worried about getting it caught on something. Obviously I called Sunflower since they’d been so helpful and they had a guy out to me in half the time other places had quoted and the cost to drive 60ish miles was less than $200. I had gotten other quotes for about $400. 1000% recommend this company.Edit: I’m dumb, it was like 25 miles. Still recommend them 1000%Service: Car towing

Scam. Towed my vehicle, could not and would not produce proof of a warnful as it was done unlawfully. Called and the manager Lauren stated and I quote, "It is what it is". Proceeded to leave other vehicles in violation on the premise though I have all my paperwork up to date. Your response is falso..no signs, my plates don't expire until the end of October, your associate tried to coax me into taking down my review and horrible customer service that's still hasn't been addressed.
