Terrible. Internet has been down for 3 weeks and they keep saying it’ll be fixed within 48 hours. But again here I am 3 weeks later with no internet. Of but don’t worry they’re taking $15 off this months bill.

Have had Spectrum internet services for many years. This year service was horrible disconnecting 3-5 times a day. Upgraded to to see if service would improve and it did not. Had 3 technicians come to solve the problem weekly. Went to the store to swap out new equipment repeatedly. The problem persisted for 5-6 weeks of having to go to and from the store and many calls. Had to cancel my internet service with spectrum. Never got any credit for the inconvenience. When I called to cancel my service they refused to give me any credit unless I stayed with Spectrum and still had to pay for a full month of internet services I was not going to use. I don't recommend their services anymore.** Now I have Google fiber for less $$ and better service.

Connection drops multiple times DAILY. Come ON. It’s 2023. Internet is NOT NEW.Update: Internet is intermittent AGAIN. Outrageous. The internet is now like a utility, similar to electricity or water. If you cannot provide adequate service in this area then DON’T advertise that you do.

My internet connection has been the WORST. I have tried calling and going to the store and NO ONE is able to rectify my issue. If I am not on WiFi I MAY get one tiny bar. I like to go fishing, so there are times I am in back wooded areas. I never have internet which is scarey as there are times I need google maps and have no access. I hate I ever left At&t and will be returning as soon as we are able.

Anyone noticed that we keep having outages at least once to twice a week? Google fiber is expensive but at least they don't have their network going down every week.

The door was held open for me and I was greeted with a smile! My service was excellent! Although I do not agree with some of Spectrums policies, the customer service rep was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the policies. It was great to have such a good, in-person experience! I do plan to return to the store when I buy my next cell phone. (Which will be soon)!

The employees were kind and helpful. They would greet everyone who walked through the door with a smile and a welcome as well as give a rough ETA of time to wait.

Went in today to switch my phone service to spectrum..I was helped by a wonderful lady named Muna! Her service and professionalism was simply outstanding!! Her product knowledge was superior..She is definitely an asset to Spectrum!!

We just bought a house last month and we signed up for Spectrum online. It was really fast and easy to pick up our equipment and then we just went home and plugged it in and followed the directions. It’s been better quality than Google Fiber was for us in Overland Park, and we have the same gig plan. Very reliable.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Kyesha did help me (I would give her 4 stars) when I requested a recipient or some kind of confirmation that I returned equipment (I have heard way too many horror stories about being charged for equipment that was returned) even though that is something they generally don’t do. The lack of stars are because I was initially told if I wanted proof of return I could take a picture or I would have to take it to the UPS store since that location is drop off only. The modem wasn’t scanned, my information wasn’t taken, nothing… I guess I was supposed to leave it there and hope for the best - that is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard. So, while I was waiting for Kyesha to talk to a supervisor(?), I asked the lady at the desk next to hers (white girl, shoulder length brown hair) if there was a specific barcode I should take a photo of and she looked at me and then just straight up ignored me, after the third time asking she rolled her eyes and told me, “Just take a picture of all of them if you’re so worried about it.” So rude and so unprofessional! If you hate speaking to people then maybe you should get a different job!

Switched from Verizon to Spectrum mobile for the savings. Amy made the transferring process so easy. I also appreciate her explaining every detail of the plan, phone, etc.! Go with Amy if you visit this location!

The lady that service my mother and grandmother was so helpful and professional and very patient I would definitely come all the way down here to get my service and I stay right next to a spectrum thanks Debbie ❤️
