This is the worst Internet in the world if you want to be over priced and over charged then go ahead, called so many times because our Internet wasn't working they've sent techs out over 5 times and still have Wi-Fi connectivity issues roughly every 1-3 minute's

I've been on hold trying to speak with a customer service representative for almost 30 minutes regarding the non stop harassment of sales people banging on my door. Between this, the never ending junk mail, and my neighbors who always lose spectrum service, why go with this service when Google Fiber is so much better.

Service is trash don't get internet with this company my bill goes up like 5 bucks every month 90 buck for internet that is always going out and being Harassed for being upcharged to another plan instead of giving a credit to my bill pro rate it for how many tome I've Ben out I can lose my job because this service is always in a outage

Spectrum is the worst internet provider I have ever used. My internet always going out which forces me use to cellphone data instead (which they blamed on the equipment that they provided but wouldn’t replace), there’s also frequent outages in my area that take forever to get fixed, they raised the price $15 a month without notification, and I’m moving but their billing cycles are month to month forcing me to pay for 3 weeks of internet that 1. doesn’t work and 2. I won’t be using. If there was another ISP in my area, I would use them instead but there isn’t so I am stuck. Thanks Spectrum!
