Rude, unprofessional, and not dependable. They did not show up at the given morning time and then blamed it on me for not answering their call. The only missed call was spam. They were unsympathetic and rude. After waiting another 3.5 hours, they still were not able to give a specific time but I was told "it should be this afternoon."
