These guys are wonderful. I had been trying to get some paint tinted and initially went to the store on 24 highway and they were very unhelpful. I came to this store with little hope of getting this paint tinted and was very nicely surprised. The employees here are courteous and more than willing to help. Brad went out of his way to get the color right and even explained the process. I am very happy with my experience here and highly recommend this business.

The service great. The manager and staff were very helpful. I was able to rent a power washer and paint sprayer. Brad the manger made sure I knew how to use and clean each. I used the Duration exterior paint, went on with one coat and looks great. I would recommend this location for all your painting needs.

I’ll Tell you what. I don’t know a whole lot about paint and unfortunately my job requires a basic knowledge about paint. I had purchased some Pro Mar 200 paint from the Shewin Williams Store in olathe that i needed in a satin finish… well little did i know that Pro Mar 200 doesn’t come in satin. I came to the store in Raytown to get new paint to replace the paint i had purchased before and with out hesitation Brad and the guys at the Raytown Location helped me out. They actually took the incorrect paint back and refunded it to my account, which blew my mind. On top of that they offered some excellent words of wisdom and advice for future reference. They told me at this store (Raytown) they prioritize friendly customer service, and today they demonstrated it flawlessly. If you ever have any questions about anything paint related, give Brad a call and I guarantee he’ll help you come up with a resolution. Thank’s again guys!

What's up with raytown stores customer service? Moved here a year ago and what horrible customer service at every other store.Horrible attitude from the employee today at this Sherwin Williams location and the time before I ordered something they were supposed to call when my order arrived and they never did after 3 months of calling and waiting came in and they said it was still processing and that they would call me THEY NEVER DID good thing I didn't pay for it in advance. I used to work with Sherwin Williams and this store is something else.
