My surgeon said to try this place, to relieve some back & abdominal pains. A big thanks to Sharon for fitting me in right away on their schedule!Scheduling of appointment times is almost always quick & easy.Also, the staff is professional, listens to your concerns, is patient & thoughtful in the care for you. A BIG thank you to Lauren, Jake, and Keith for all the help they gave me in my recovery.I recommend SERC Physical Therapy State Ave. in KCK, to anyone who needs help in their physical recovery.

My doc referred me here for some hip and lower back pain. I saw Lauren for my first appointment and she was amazing! Personable and kind, plus she explained all the steps and exercises consisely so I could understand. And I had a fun time chatting with her as I did my stretches. I'll be going back for regular PT mostly because I need it but also because Lauren was so great!

My team of physical therapist at serc located on state Ave are very hands on they are a special group of people I get all the information and therapy I need to succeed in my own recovery I love my treatments I set goals for myself and they make sure I achieve each one. thank God for each and every friendly and kind person working there

Jake is so knowledgeable and explains why I have the neck issues I have. He is a critical part of my overall health team. All the SERC team is friendly and helpful in general and Sharon makes sure we have our appointments. I came here after my shoulder surgery so there was no doubt where I would come for help with my neck.

This was the most positive PT experience I've ever had. The location is clean and convenient. Lauren made me feel comfortable and safe. The explanations were clear. I LOVE the leg press machine! Very happy to have started PT for knee surgery at this location!

Lauren, Jacob, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was in a lot of pain with limited mobility of my left shoulder. They helped me to be pain free and taught me strategies to use at home for continued care. Excellent experience!

My name is Maria Palafox I started about three weeks ago, my therapist Lauren Clifford is a very good therapist she's very nice very patient and explains everything to me so well she's very profesional, I thank her because I tell her that she has angel hands. I went to SERC KCK in 2020 for my shoulder rehab so when I recently needed PT on my neck I knew where to go. Jake is extremely knowledgeable, always cheerful, and most important I learn so much from him because he explains what is going on with my neck, muscles, nerves, etc. It is also reassuring to have Sharon at the front desk, always welcoming you and making sure you have your appointments, etc. Thank you SERC KCK staff for being an important part of my health and wellness community.

I came here for PT after I broke my arm in a skiing accident. Jake is super knowledgeable and he prioritized my personal goals of getting back to yoga and skiing. The clinic was a fun place to do my rehab - I highly recommend it!

Will continue to come to this clinic with any further issues I have! I originally came in for my shoulder that had been bothering me which prevented me from doing the things I enjoy most in the yard, playing golf and normal household stuff. Their system helped me to remember my appointments when I would get calls/ text messages from the clinic and Sharon who works the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming! I've worked with both Lauren and Jake and they both encourage me to keep getting better and I have! Although at times when I don't want to do an exercise or complain...they make it fun and push me and help me through it! Lauren is always in a enthusiastic, smiling mood which becomes infectious on the days I didn't want to come. On exercises and things I didn't know how to do they were patient with me and educated me on everything I needed to know. I always end up leaving happy that I came and have seen my strength improve, my pain has gone away and I'm back to doing what I enjoy doing. I'm reaching again, lifting things again, putting clothes on without difficulty and finally sleeping well again! Super thankful for them! Thank you Jake! Thank you Lauren!

Dislocated my shoulder and had a partially torn rotator cuff back in late August and I am now working on my last week of physical therapy! The team has been great from Ms. Sharon working out any scheduling conflicts I had, as well as Jake and Lauren continuously pushing me weekly with new stretches and exercises I had never even heard of! Great experience all around and I would definitely recommend.
