DONT NOT COME HERE A WAX SERVICE! My first experience here was horrible. They were out of the proper tools to wax eyebrows, and instead of calling me to reschedule, they tried to MacGyver it and ended up burning my face. Things happen so I thought I’d give them another try. I showed up 15 minutes as I needed to pick up a few things. When my waxer got there I was informed I needed to wait for the wax to warm up, why no one thought to turn on the warmer is Beyond me. I can look passed all of this. What I can’t look pass is the horrible customer service I got from my waxer when she go to the store. Or should I say lack there of since she didn’t even acknowledge me. Granite, I looked rough as I was coming from the gym. But regardless I felt extremely looked down on and uncomfortable so I canceled and will not be returning. Ulta on ward parkway has an amazing women who is extremely kind every time I’d recommend taking the extra 10 minute drive.

I should preface this post by saying I don’t think I had ever walked into a Sephora if I wasn’t accompanying someone else. I am NOT a makeup expert by any means, so I’ve always been too intimidated by everyone inside a Sephora.
However, I decided to let the pros at Sephora give me an ultimate glam makeover for maternity pictures that I was having done…
When I arrived, I was completely out of my element. I had no idea what to ask for and was so anxious even going in…
BUT. Then I met Erin G. the makeup artist/esthetician responsible for making me feel gorgeous today for my pictures. She was so sweet and made me feel so well taken care of. She kept me informed about what she was doing and products she was using. We had a great conversation the whole time, it was like talking to a friend. In fact, while she was doing my makeover, several customers who had worked with Erin previously came back just to say hi.
This may be a typical day for Erin, but I left feeling so confident and I just wanted to write this review as a way of showing my gratitude for her excellent service. I haven’t stopped feeling relieved and happy and thankful for my experience all day today. I appreciate it so much!

I had a great experience at this location, Joseline or Jocelyn (I hope I spelt this correctly) was such a great help, assisting me in finding products that I had on my wish list. I had travelled from Australia in town for the Beyoncé concert, and she went above and beyond ensuring to ask the right questions, offering alternatives to out of stock items and checking up on me as I browsed. She was so well-spoken, I have worked internationally with Sephora/LVMH for nearly 7 years and think she is a great representation of our company. I wish I got the names of the other staff members (it was the 29th of sept at noon) but they were all fantastic. Would highly recommend .

Store carries a lot of brands, but is often out of stock of numerous staple items. It will display as in stock, but it is not, which is a hassle for shoppers.
