I did an order online and one of the items got to me and it didn't work right from the start, I tried to return it, they wouldn't take it, I have to call them several times to even get anything from them, even when I thought the issue was done I didn't get the email that they promised. Don't order or buy from here, it's terrible!!! The company is a scam!

High schooler here! I had a similar experience with the other review below! I walked in with a group of friends a couple weeks ago, and immediately got looks from all of the employees. They didn't even greet us when we walked in. Keep in mind me and all my friends are freshman so 14 to 15 years old. We were walking around and looking at all the products and then me and one of my best friends wanted to test out a product so we took the product to apply it to our hands to see if we liked it and one of the employees walks around the corner, and started yelling at us and telling us to use the spoons and not to use our disgusting, grimy hands to touch the product! then we replied, with saying OK and sorry. then we were ready to check out and I was the first to check out in my friend group and the two employees at the checkout just started talking to each other when there was a giant line and they didn't even tell me they were ready so I just walked up and then she gave me dirty looks while she checked out my items. I understand where they're coming from with all the kids in Sephora, but me and my friends do not deserve this disrespect. please let me know if anyone's had similar experiences!

Nothing was really wrong with the products, but the staff were horrible. The service was terrible and the staff did not even seem to care about their customers. My highschool daughter and her friends went to this sephora together and she told me that the employees were very neglectful and rude to all of them. Apparently, the workers told them that they were using the testers "wrong" but there was no signage or anything that could indicate how to use it "correctly". They also said that they got constant dirty looks from almost all of the workers and the cashiers ignored them and were just talking to eachother. I understand that workers may be harsher to people that they believe are younger because of the "sephora kid crisis" as me and my mom friends call it, but my daughter and her friends told me that the workers were downright disrespectful to them. I know my daughter and I am quite fond of the friends that she was hanging out with because they are all super sweet. I don't know if they did something or if that wasn't the full story but I just wanted to make y'all aware of this.

My daughter and I enjoyed our visit at this location. The ladies here were very knowledgeable about their products and services. One employee Aleja did an exceptional job helping us and answering all our questions. She did an amazing job!

Went in to purchase a foundation that was recommended for women over 60. For coverage and to show less wrinkles. Online it recommended NARS but I did not get that from the sales lady. She said CC cream it. It was awful color, awful texture, very sticky even after 2 hours,not much coverage at all. $47. WOW. NOT AT ALL WHAT I was expecting.
