I bought a mattress with a 10 year warranty- if it sagged more than 1.5 inches they said they would replace. They also told me I needed to buy their box spring and mattress protector so it was covered under the warranty if anything did happen (even though I had both things already that were only 2 months old). I purchased everything and now it is sagged 2.5 inches in the middle. I have been on hold for hours, emailed photos, had a technician out and find out they are denying the claim because of a stain after 6 weeks of working with them on this claim. I would not recommend them to anyone!
