Had an accident with one of their clients FAULT. Completely rude!! Tammy is a HORRIBLE claims Adjuster. She said the accident was a "slight inconvenience " for me. Slight?? Their client did a hit and run, evaded me and the police and won't pay for a rental car while my car gets fixed. Horrible customer service, cheap insurance company!! Tammy is just a rude human!Update: 4-26-23:Tammy / company has now BLOCKED my emails and calls and this claim has not been resolved. How does a Business block and cease communication for a claim?!?! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE when dealing with this company. I have reached out to their home office. I have in NO way been rude or offensive in ANY email or call, but their refusal to settle the claim is unimaginable.

Best car insurance agency! I’ve used them for years, don’t even bother shopping around anymore, because every time I do they are still always the best priced. I lived in Kansas City for years and they beat everybody’s prices. Then when I moved to a different city and shopped around there I still called them because they beat everybody’s prices here too! Plus every time I call they are so friendly and very helpful! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
